I had a dream last night, I was standing at a window in an old tower, in the dream I realised that there were no bars or glass to this window, I saw myself fly from the window. Today i felt free a lightness within me. I came on KZread and this video came up, I was taken aback by the title, I think my spirits are telling me I’m already free, to release myself and to fly high. I'm afraid to give up, i think that i will not ve safe if i let go. I want to plan, stick to my plan, have my own house, i want to be safe. But god have it's own plan. that's deep. Eventually some people don't get metaphors easily, so as an example, I can tell that I set myself free from the depression years ago, when I sat down to welcome it, rather than push it away. I looked deeply into the "eye" of depression, to see its true nature. What I realized after some minutes of meditation is that depression is just another door into the infinite. As we welcome it and open it by pulling it closer, it can reveal its true nature.

This is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever heard. So peaceful and fulfilling. Thank you.

Have you heard music by an OUD?

I am so grateful for music to exist in our lifes. There is some music that just make me feel stuff that I can't feel any other way. Why do I cry so hard when I hear this track, this duduk? For some reason it reminds me of all the terrible things that I lived through, some pain that I felt, but I actually haven't. Feels like I lived thousands of years, but in different lifes and when I hear that duduk it brings all the pain from these lifes. I just can't control myself but cry...

Hauntingly beautiful, I feel as if I want to weep and weep for the past that catches up and haunts for all the wrong choices made.when one was arrogant and inexperienced.
