In this video I go to high elevation in hopes of snow camping. Did not snow on me, but the scenery was fantastic!

Nice video and glad to here that you are keeping your 4Runner. I don't feel that there's anything out there to replace it , 4.0, 5 speed, body on frame it's bullet proof as a lot of people say and I believe that. I have a 2022 TRD OR and the only mod that I've done is up-graded the tires. I also sleep in the back and love it. I try and camp with the basics that work and the one thing I might change (and I should have listened to your advice) is my propane 'Outland Fire Bowl', it takes up too much space, so I'm looking at getting the Fire can like yours. Glad you are getting out and enjoying the outdoors !🐾🐾

My wife is happy I'm keeping it as well. This is the longest I've ever owned a vehicle, it drove her crazy!

Incredible scenery. Wow…for the record you wouldn’t be Grumpy without your forerunner. Having said that it would be cool to watch you build out something new.

Beautiful scenery, and to top it off, you're keeping the 4runner. I'm so glad to hear that. She might be an old dinosaur, but that's part of the charm of owning a 4runner. I couldn't imagine owning anything else. My 2016 4runner trail with kdss has been and always will be the best vehicle I've ever owned. As again, I'm getting ready for my four day solo trip coming up in a week's time. Have fun out there, and as always, be safe, nice music too.

Already sub'd. Very peaceful. Great night and mountain shots. I've told you this before but I love your "sleep in the rig" mentality. Working on a similar setup for my first gen tacoma here in Oregon. Good stuff!

Nice video, beautiful place. Ee were in Colorado back in June. Had reservations at Mueller, but found the 9000 elevation to be a bit much, we went on to Pueblo SP . Didn't do any real wheeling on our trip, but it was great!

Certainly the altitude can be an issue. I actually live at 9000ft of elevation, so I am totally acclimated to it. Yes, even if you don't camping/wheeling, Colorado is a great place to visit.

I really enjoy your videos. I'm heading out to Woodland Park dispersed camping tomorrow to do some fishing and an overnight camping enjoyment. Who knows, maybe I see Bigfoot. LOL You helped me get out with what I have, q 2005 Toyota 4Runner. I sleep in it too. I feel safer sleeping inside.

Noah, great job as usual. Did you ditch the heat reflector for the Firecan or do you only pack it for really cold nights?

Thank you, glad you liked the video. I always carry the reflector, but as you indicated, I only use it for really cold nights or when it's too windy.

New subscriber, and loving your videos. Just ordered the same awning for my 4Runner. Did you ever figure out any way to give the hatch more room to open? Can’t tell from this video. Anyways, I’ll be watchin!

Thank you for subscribing and glad you like my videos. I just mounted the awning as high as I could get it. I used the Gobi mounts to attach it to my Gobi rack, works like a charm. It still hits the hatch, but I have some tape around the awning arm to protect the hatch as much as possible.
