As I go through your many videos and absorb them, I want to note a very practical thing I noticed and appreciate. You are very organized with your topics, and while it's great to have more of a loose 'chat' type video weaved in, when you have a topic you really make every moment of your videos count with it still feeling like a quiet conversation between friends. There is no fat to trim so to speak. And even in the more 'chat' type videos, every time you speak you are so thoughtful and I think that is really lacking in life in general. People's mouths open, full of distraction, and it can be chaotic to listen to. Sometimes I don't mind the chaos from some people! It can be endearing. But it is the mark of a truly considerate and nurturing person when they are able to pause, formulate the thought into a sentence, and speak it with care.

I have made these dream boards over the years and once with my mom and sister. One thing we noticed from my sister's was that she was very general in what she wanted and she got what she asked for but found she should have been more specific. You will get what you ask for so people may want to be careful about that and try to be as clear as they can. When my mom passed away I found her dream board was still hanging up in her laundry room several years after we had made them. A nice memory we made together.I am happy I found you and see what you are doing. Thanks for all the hard work of sharing.

I am doing a dream board on a mirror, so it reflects my intended future, also thought about making one on my computer's desktop background

In my early 20s, I was broke, living off what little money I can come up with or through the kindness of friends. Then one day, I was gifted with a nice plastic carrying case and a notebook, and I made that notebook my dream notebook. I filled it with images and drawings and writings of what I wanted: to graduate from college, to have a successful career, to be in love, all sorts of stuff. And one by one they all came true. I still credit where I am now to the energy of that pink dream notebook. Scary good is the perfect way to describe it.

The start of this video I listened to your voice and you really do have a good singing voice. I do a vision board one a year and normally has money on it. I even did a hand written vision board and left it on my altar. I think my next one might be a little different next January. Stay safe and Blessed Be.

I used to do this for the solstices, equinoxes, and cross-quarters. I do still rearrange my bedroom altar like that 8 times a year or sometimes on a special occasion.

I use to create vision boards then sort of gave up , not sure why , But now that I think about it most of the things I had on my vision board of 5 years ago have come to pass .. I travelled to the USA got married have a beautiful home, working with women on a female empowerment project and just finished my interior design course and on my way to being a Holistic Natural interior decor Specialist .. .. Such great ideas! I particularly like the ones where you have to actively engage with the vision "board" on a regular basis, feeding the manifestation. Decopaging a vision board onto glass candle luminaries or even onto a piggy bank of some kind would also work!

I am so in love with that dream jar, and shaking it to charge it. It's beautiful. I started my dream board earlier this year, but let it slide and stopped before adding any "dreams" to it. My life had taken some unexpected turns and I just keep staring at it wishing I could finish it. Maybe this will be a new year dream board. I really want to make the mobile too. I bought some stuff to start one back in July but again some unexpected living situations put my dreams on the back burner. You have some great ideas with manifestation and how to go about it.

+jennifer byrkit I know how that feels, Jennifer-- I spent hours and hours filling out work books and goal/dream setting and this year brought some...unexpected changes (aka punches in the face) that took me in an utterly different direction than I ever imaged. Oh golly miss Molly, your videos are treasure troves of witchy inspiration. I am all about collage art yet have never made a vision board, but it struck me that it seems really compatible with Danielle LaPorte's concept of core desired feelings (CDFs). Looks like I will be making a vision board as a visual representation of my CDFs this year! And you have given me loads of ideas of ways to actually use it. What are your thoughts on putting your vision board in your grimoire/book of shadows? Mine is set up similarly to yours, and I like the idea that including it in a book makes it both easily transportable and becomes part of a magickal record I can look back on. However, I am concerned that it won't be visible enough to be a manifesting magnet and that the board's energy might get muddled with that of the other collages and pages in my book.

+PowerFemme Ooooh what a cool idea! I love cross pollination with the planner. :) You know--I think including it in your BOS would work beautifully if you carry it with you/use it often. I think my previous fails had to do with making them, tucking them in my journal and then putting it in a drawer...only to pull it out a few months later. *womp womp*. Haha!! If you're worried about visibility, maybe you could make the vision board on a piece of paper/wrapping paper and make a cover for your book or planner?? Can't wait to see what you make!

HerSpeak Ohhhh awesome idea! I might just make it on a piece of paper that I can pull out and use as a base for crystal grids, hand on a wall, etc and then tuck it into my BoS when the year is up. Other ideas might come to me, who knows- I don't intend to make mine until after the new year when I am totally settled on my new CDFs so I have a little time. Thanks for the creative boost!

I LOVE THISSSS. I purposely saved this video for when I finally felt ready to dive into planning for the year (super delayed this year, haha). I love the charging idea for the images before doing something with them! I haven't made a vision board before but I DO have a Tumblr -- so going to use images from there. This is the year I will stop being afraid of potentially sucking at visual art! hehe

I love your vision boards. I have been using them since about 2002 and I didn't know until recently that anyone on KZread used them as well. Yours look so great. I do use magazines as well but I have always used fabric and beads. I also use scrapbooking embellishments. I also tend to use them differently than some people. I have used it to help out with shadow work and to attract things I wanted to work towards as far as self improvement but in the past it has not been uncommon for me to connect with deity using a vision board. I would blow up a large image of me and put me in the center then I would surround myself with images and symbols of the deity I wanted to connect to. Sometimes I used several images of me and had the deity embrace me or us next to one another. This type of imagery is very powerful. If connecting woth deity or working on shadow work I felt a need to push myself and so I often would take advantage of my own OCD and place the vision boards in locations in my house that would later piss me off. I would have tk move it and thus see it and interact with it and once again it made its way right in my way. I have rested them on an altar or shrine or placed them in my bedroom but it all depends on the purpose of the board and if I need that push or not. It is simply a matter of knowing yourself.

I have made mobile for myself and for some of the kids in my family. I made them with snow globes as well but never bottles or created 3D geometric shapes. I love those ideas though. Mine typically have been more 3D rather than flat because of the embelishments but I have done some more simplistic ones as well.

Love how your videos are really just one idea after another for us to try. Btw - I love being called a moon baby, even if it’s from 5 years ago! Haha!🌙👶🏻
