Thank you for posting this with all the human flag clips. I want to learn it sooooo badly! Been practicing for the last two months. Seeing as how it took me 6months to get the Bruce Lee Dragon Flag down, and I mean properly down to about 10-15° off the floor and then back up again, it will likely take me that long to learn the human flag. I'm wanting to hold it for at least 6-8 seconds, and also to raise all the way up and back down again. I'm shooting for Oct/Nov timeframe.

calisthenics is just using the body as weight. Its not a club. Its not a sport with rules. You are free to do whatever you like whenever you like.
