You can't go wrong with anything off scar symmetry's album pitch black progress imo, especially the song kaleidoscopic god. \m/

Hell yes. Scar Symmetry is amazing. One of my favorite melodeath bands. Their singer from this album (their original singer) was so insane with his range that when he left the band, they had to replace him with two singers.

Great song. Great album. They have a similar monster song called The Kaleiodoscopic God that rocks. Can't go wrong with pretty much anything on Pitch Black Progress or Holographic Universe

Duff McWhalen kaleidoscopic god is awesome, probably my favourite scar symmetry song

Nice you like them, i prefer Ghost Prototype II-Deus Ex Machina on that album, ultra catchy and agressive at the same time.

Dreaming 24/7, The Illusionist, Prism and Gates... I could list of songs for awhile but honestly, any song is great. Just a heads up, their first few albums has their old vocalist and their last 2 albums they've released they replaced him with 2 other guys, 1 for cleans and 1 for harsh vocals. Typically people aren't as much a fan of the new stuff due to that but it's still great music.

Glad you discovered Scar Symmetry! if u want to try another song from them, i'd suggest u to check out Timewave Zero. And if u want to try other some other swedish metal (yeah, i know u've done an In Flames Song already) give In Flames - Crawl Through Knives a try!

Deviate From The Form is a good one but can't top this masterpiece!

Great band! Although they haven't been the same since the original vocalist left. Christian is a great vocalist and has an amazing range, screaming and singing wise. You should check out his current band. I recommend Solution 45 - Gravitational Lensing.

Josh Grooves original vocalist was superb but I think they are firm in what they have. Old and new scar symmetry is good for me

I'll agree to disagree. Their latest album "The Singularity (Phase I: Neohumanity)" competes and overtakes some of their older works in my opinion. The style has changed a bit sure, but it now fits how the new vocalists sound, and oh boy do they sound amazing. I was a fool to neglect "The Unseen Empire" and the new release for so long, having been on the "oh without Christian they're nothing"-wagon for too long... :)

The music is still pretty good, but the clean vocals are laughable to me. I can't get past them.

Guitarist Per Nilsson is incredible and there drummer is a beast...Scar Symmetry are amazing!!!

You should react to their songs Morphogenesis, Ghost Prototype II, The Illusionist, Obscure Alliance, and Chaosweaver.

A criminally underrated band, To-mera, is one that you should try, should you fancy metal with a big jazz mix. Deep Inside is a great song from them!

Holy shit, FINALLY! For your next "Scar Symmetry" reaction I suggest "The Illusionist": Lowlife Media music video. Just for a great introduction to them in appearance.

please what is your intro music? Another youtuber sounds like he uses a similar riff that lasts longer but it sounds like the same chords being played.

Saw them live 11 years ago now with original singer. They were flawless live. It was a very small place in Detroit called IRock. Great fucking show. They played with Into Eternity, The Haunted, and Dark Tranquillity. One of my favorite shows I've been to. I met the band briefly before-hand, complimenting their playing ability as they loaded in their own shit and they're like "yeah thanks man." Hard workin' dudes from Sweden. \,,/ I'll list my top 10 songs for Scar Symmetry (excluding song from video): Seeds of Rebellion, The Illusionist, Ghost Prototype I - Measurement of Thought, Timewave Zero, Chaosweaver, Hybrid Cult, The Iconoclast, Dark Matter Dimensions, Nonhuman Era, Illuminoid Dream Sequence... FYI, the guitar player might be the best in the world.

Didn't know there was metal in Sweden. You have now been introduced to some of the best metal in the world. And they mostly come from Sweden. Check our soilwork. Over ten albums and you can see them change from the beginning of their careers to today.

Scar Symmetry is awesome up to the point where the clean vocals kick in. They don't mesh.

You do know Christian was the only singer in the band right he left the band and they had to get two singers to do what Christian could do by himself he’s the best clean/ death vocals around.
