I want adjustable steel span/runner for slab shuttering which is strong enough to carry load of 125mm M20 rcc slab and at spacing of 2ft, 3ft nd 4ft spacing between spans. I dont want heavier 1 as it would be costlier. So, sir, please mention what should be d dimension/ thickness/ specification of such span.

U will have to join another standard of either 1m or 1.5m ....and the remaining height u can cover up with the help of base jack and universal jack and the U jack ..

Than go with adjustable prop jacks having spacing under slab @ 900 c/c and under beam 600c/c.
