Yes ture, but they are negligible, although we must consider all shuttering loads, like channels, girders, shuttering plates etc. Thats why we always keep our loading within 85-90% of the load we get, so that they will be automatically counted in load. (This is the case for heavy load, in case of light load like box culvert we have to take shuttering load too)

@@AbhishekMishra-ih1zk mujhe pata hai ki site pe koi nahi sikhata hai dost, mai in sab se gujar chuka hu 10 saal pehle, isiliye aap logo ko sikha rha hu. Aakhirkaar hum sab Engineers hain, aur hume bhi sikhne ka haq hai.

As far as I know, one crib can take maximum of 20-25 MT of load, as per this criteria, one can easily calculate the number of cribs required for staging.

@@kaliram2102 is there any other way you can count? Each of them have same calculation. I have a video on cuplock quantity calculation, in same way you can calculate cribs as per your need.

Bhai mujhe materia storage ke liye rack banana hai cuplock scaffolding se to rack me Kitna ff ka ms pipe rakh sakhte hai wo dekhna hai mujhe

Bilkul Laga Sakte hai, but box culvert tak ke structures me, jyada height ke liye to aapko cuplocks hi use karne pdenge..

Hi video is very informative...ek doubt tha ji mere ko wo ye hai ki.....agar maanke chaliye coupler ko 4m height tak mujhe use karna hai.....like raft top to slab bottom clearence....4m height pe hum coupler ko rakhne ke baad b hum ye hi assume karna hoga ki wo 3500kg ka weight yi letha hai? Jaise hum coupler ka height badathe jaathe hai us se weight ko kuch effect padtha hai ki nahi?

Calculate the weight of concrete and all shuttering material which is being rest on cuplock, and then calculate the load per cuplock, if it comes around 3500 kg per cuplock, your cuplocks will remain intact. If it is not in this range than intstead of 1 m ledger, you have to use a ledger of less than 1m length, so that your loading come in 3500 kg range.

Are mere bade bhai, materials ki densities IS code me nahi hoti, jab nahi hoti to IS code ka karoge kya aap? Bina material ki density ke uska weight nikaal loge kya? Ab yaha dimag chalega ya IS code?
