    You considered only 10 kg binding wire for 360 sqm. Please tell if there is some standard thumb rule because the binding wire will be more it's my experience

    I think Acrowspans are missed & not mentioned for slab shuttering. Secondly, stirrup heads are used and fixed with props for channels to run.

    Sir please suggest me on this -- For my shuttering works , I use 3ft x 2ft steel boards. pine wooden planks and battens and bamboo as props. now, pine wood's rate here in assam is rs. 500/cft ( which means rs. 41.67/sqft for 1" thick plank ). Now which has more re-usability -- pine or shuttering plywood . If plywood, then which brand has more re-usability . PLEASE SUGGEST 1 MORE THING... PLEASE SUGGEST A BETTER ALTERNATIVE TO PINE BATTENS -- ROLLED STEEL CHANNELS OR ANY ALUMINIUM BATTENS( IF AVAILABLE), OR ANY OTHER IDEA. BUT SIR, IT SHOULD BE ADJUSTABLE(PINE CANT BE USED FOR MORE THAN 4-5 TIMES) . ACROW SPANS ARE TOO HEAVY AND COSTLY FOR SMALL PROJECTS WHICH I DO.

    Depend on dia of bars, generally for columns/beams cases 8-9 kg per MT and rest footings, foundations 6-7 kg per MT

    Bhaiya aap 1 baat hme batao ki jab aapne flat area ka quantity nikala ply board ka toh usme bottom to aa hi jayega na . Fir v aapne beam bottom ka naikala. Beam side board ka nikala o thik hai lekin agar slab ko hm outer to outer le lenge toh bottom toh usi me aa jayega na fir ply ke liye bottom ko kyo nikalana hai

    Sir i have doubt that you are missing flat slab area for wooden ply because you calculated only on 162 sqm which is only beam side and bottom area than where is slab area means 360 sqm , pls clear it sir

    When u have consider plate area then u don't need to add 15℅ for beam bottom bcz u have already consider in plate area..

    in case of no MS plate for slab. Plyboard required will be total area+30%area beams side+10%wastage=172nos plywood not 60nos

    162/3=54. 162 is the area for beams. area for slab is 360 sqm. 360/3=120 no ply .wrong calculation

    Don't use if you have Drawing otherwise you will be fired. Because it can be used for Estimate only if you don't have detailed drawing.
