I'm sc community but I'm against this order of supreme court. If you get job by reservation then you don't need to take reservations on the promotion.

General Walo pe bhi Supreme Court ko Thoda to Taras aana chahiye. SC ST ko Naukari me Reservation aur ab Promotion me bhi Reservation.... had hai.....

Thanks sir... मेरी समझ से किसी भी नौकरी में प्रोमोशन जाति के आधार पर नहीं होनी चाहिय, बल्कि परफॉर्मेंस के आधार पर होना चाहिए। किसी भी नौकरी के फॉर्म के फी से लेकर सिलेक्शन तक छूट दी जाती है तो कम से कम प्रोमोशन तो काम के आधार पर होना चाहिए।

Reservation is acting like as a termite, my friend was not elected in an psu even after scoring 116.25 marks, but a sc candidate of cast Meena scored 70 marks and that guy got elected, his economic condition is very good. Whenever I see that guy I js want to bring the reality in public domain but I can't do anything ,if i do anything he has a way to impose allegation on me in the name of sc/St act. They got defamed by calling them sc or St but in job they themselves called that they r sc/St .....my intention is not to abuse anyone, but ask to any general poor or normal candidate whether this is right or wrong?

Unconstitutional verdict ..the person who is having government job how come he considered to be backward ..people who r working on daily wages from general category earning 8-10 k per months are not backward astonishingly ,such a bias constitution and faulty judiciary , They r taking advantage from last 68 years ,in examination physical examination form fee travelling fee study allowance etc..and generals are striving for their food . When we say this they say we were unfairly treated from centuries ..my brother and sisters there were no constitution at that time for the sake of argument ..but now we are in civilized society where everybody should be treated as equal . And sc/st obc doing same by supporting these verdicts and asking demands for such Reservations. Generals wills be seen begging on the roads in near future . Good constitution ..nice judiciary . And no matter how supreme Court/govt/Constitution tries to chain down his progress he will still fight against the odd to succeed. Unfortunately when we try to look for such a candidate in the reserved community we don't find any since all are so much used to of 'getting' the 'assured' bread and butter and discounts and facilities that they are completely over dependent on it and hence don't qualify for marriage!! The day they will prove their mettle without using these stupid aids they will be treated like equals... Trust me!

प्रशान्त सर! आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद... बहुत ही सरल ढंग से आपने समझाया...!!! भारत को स्वाधीन हुए 7 दशक बीत चुके है यदि नेतागण चाहते तो अबतक पदोन्नति में आरक्षण की तो बात छोड़िए लोक नियोजन(सरकारी नौकरी) में ही आरक्षण की प्रासंगिकता समाप्त हो चुकी होती क्योंकि सभी मुख्यधारा में शामिल हो जाते पर ऐसा हुआ नही क्योंकि नेता ये चाहते ही नही की दलित या कोई भी पिछड़ा हुआ व्यक्ति ऊपर उठे...नेताओं का तो एक ही ध्येय है जातिवाद का जहर घोल कर वोट हासिल करो और इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि जातियां बनी रहें और यदि सभी विकसित हो गए तो समानता आ जाएगी इससे इन नेताओं की दुकाने बन्द हो जाएगी....सभी पार्टियों के नेता इसी लक्ष्य पर कार्य कर रहे है कि जातियां बनी रहे देश मे ऐसा कुछ न होने पाए जिससे जातिवाद का जहर कम हो....प्रभु राम जी का मंदिर निर्माण इसका एक ज्वलन्त उदाहरण है...यदि मन्दिर बन जाएगा तो मुद्दा समाप्त...मुद्दा जीवित रखो वोट मिलता रहेगा यही इन नेताओ का मूल मंत्र है

एक सवर्ण ( क्षत्रिय )और दलित ( उदाहरण के लिए ‘ चमार ’जाति का व्यक्ति ) , दोनों ही बेहद गरीब और किसान है और मुश्किल से अपने परिवार का भरण- पोषण कर पा रहे हैं । उन्हें मदद की जरुरत पड़ गयी और एक अन्य क्षत्रिय से मदद की गुहार लगानें जाना पड़ा । दोनों के साथ इस तीसरे क्षत्रिय के व्यवहार में बड़ी भिन्नता आती है । यह क्षत्रिय गरीब क्षत्रिय को भी सम्मान पूर्वक बैठाता है और समस्या पूछता है और जहां तक सम्भव होगा मदद का आश्वाशन देता है । किन्तु वहीं चमार जाति के व्यक्ति को बैठने के लिए भी नहीं कहता , बैठना तो दूर घर के बाहर ही मिलने के लिए कहता है और पीठ पीछे कुछ ऐसे कहते हैं । इसके विपरीत यदि कोई अभिजात/सम्भ्रांत भी दलित के पास जाकर उससे मदद की गुहार करता तो वह उसके घर नहीं जाता बल्कि उसे घर से बाहर बुलाकर उससे अपने मुद्दे की बात करता है और दलित द्वारा चाय/पानी पूछे जाने पर इंकार कर देता है या किसी बहाने टाल देता है । तो कहाँ हटा जाति का दिली निवास , जाति तो अभिजातों के दिल में बैठी है । हमारे सामाजिक ढाँचे ( जो पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी स्थानांतरित हो रहा है ) ने कैसी विसंगतियों को जन्म दिया । आपने देखा कि यह चमार जाति का व्यक्ति पेशे से किसान ही था लेकिन उस क्षत्रिय ने भेदभाव कर उसे स्वयं की नजरों में पिछड़ा और घ्रणित बना दिया । तो क्या आरक्षण उचित व्यवस्था नहीं है ? तो क्या सामाजिक पिछड़ापन आरक्षण का उचित आधार नहीं है

जब तक शरीर मे जान है शान से मेहनत करेंगे ,दम लगा के तैयारी करेंगे ,हार नहीं मानेंगे । लेकिन यदि हार ही गये तो देश को सुधारने के लिए हथियार उठाएंगे जान से मरूँगा अपने हिस्से का हक चाहिए मुझे। अब सवर्ण लोग अमीर हैं नौकरी में हैं तो मेरा क्या दोष मैं तो अमीर नही उनके अमीरी की सज़ा गरीब सवर्ण क्यो भोगें। लोगों को व्यक्ति के रूप में देखा जाना चाहिए न कि जाति ,या समुदाय के रूप में । लोग बोल रहे हैं जाति वाद खत्म करो कैसे करूँ तरीका तो बताओ मै तो नहीं मानता जाति वाद ,तो जो मानते हैं उनके कर्मों की सज़ा हमे क्यों ? लोग बोलते हैं सवर्णो के पूर्वजो ने अत्याचार किये हैं ,हमने तो नही किये अब ये संविधान में कहा लिखा है कि किसी दूसरे के दोषों की सज़ा कोई और भुगतेगा। जाति वाद तब खत्म हीग जब लोग पास आएंगे और ये काम राजनीति होने नही देगी ? कुछ न कुछ करके लोगों को लड़ाएंगे । अभी यदि अमीर को एक तरफ व गरीब को एक तरफ कर दिया जाये तो कोई भी गरीब गरीब के पक्ष में बोलेगा और कुछ एकता तो आएगी ही । और यदि गरीबो की बात होगी तो भी तो सबसे ज्यादा sc st बंधु ही लाभ पाएंगे क्यों कि उन में सबसे ज्यादा गरीबी है। नेता जी आँखे खोलो देश मे एकता रास्ता खोलो। नही तो या कुंठा उबल मारेगी और गृह युद्ध होगा,लोग हमें संख्या में कम बोलते हैं पर हम मरेंगे तो क्या मारेंगे नही लोग तो हर ओर मरेंगे । जय हिंद ,ये भारत।।

Your last point... There are less sc/st people at high posts because udhar pahunchne ke liye efficiency chaiye.. How can a candidate be efficient if he is getting selected by getting less marks than a general category candidate who gets selected by getting good marks..

I always wonder why most of people from my village has settled abroad. But now that i know that even i am going to settle abroad as well . This is nothing less than a discrimination. Being born in general ain't anyone fault. There is more bridge to fall, slowdown in economy and will always lag behind in technology in comparison to other advance country. If people are not recruitment on basis of talent. You could provide free education,meal,house etc.We aren't going to complain but reservation is not only affecting general category people but also country. There should be only reservation for handicapped people.

Should improve the living Standards of Sc/St instead of giving them beg which makes them Lazy and it make the country less productive and shows discrimination. Muslims and British divided the country by taking advantage of Cast system and made the people fool otherwise it was just like post which can be changed. The discrimination started during Islam and British rule. I was worried about the future . I have a lot of Ideas to improve the Conditions of our SC/ST. I will work to make all the citizens equal in education and then they will make themselves equal to all. Perhaps you will see this pandit on TV, Newspaper or in books.

Supreme Court's 1992 and 2006 verdicts were totally agreeable. If someone from SC/ST gets reservation in education and government jobs, which is quite sufficient to get a good launching ground, why is it necessary to introduce reservation in promotions. This will adversely affect the real talent in the country and the efficiency of administration will also get impacted.

Unka socho jo log gov job me talented hoke v ek reserved category k niche Kam kar rhe hai.. Desh to Azad ho gya 47 me par general gulam hi reh Gye, they are just tax payers in the country... shame on democracy. Shame on so called equality..

Sabri Mala me women ko entry nahi to various rights ka violation. 90% wala institution ke bahar se laut jata hai aur 35% wale ko admission mil jata hai waha koi right nahi violate hota hai. IAS ke baccho ko reservation milta hai aur auto wale ke bacche pata nahi kaun se kuber ke khajane ke maalik hai.

General community need to be join together and should do a big protest against it on national level....

1st give it in education.....then provide them scholarship with fee concession .....provide zero exam fee in govt job forms....provide good rank with low merit...... general boy fights all stages with them and when they reach at same level in job still govt favours the category.....matlab maro general walo....shame on govt

Kanoon undha Hota hh pta tha per duffer bhi hota h pta chal Firstly they should go and understand the fundamental rights of individual then only give any decision based on reservation, why should general category students should work so hard to get govtmnt job even knowing that a INSECT named RESERVATION gonna suck their blood untill his death, first he have to face it and then see his childen FACING it. Engineering or MBA or medical or Government job all reserved ,now PERMOTION ALSO.

1) जरनैल सिंघ vs लक्ष्मी नारायण गुप्ता के केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की पाँच जज बेंच के संविधान पीठ (Constitution bench) ने 26 Sept 2018 को फैसला दिया, पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देने के मामले मे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2006 मे एम नागराज केस मे तीन पूर्व शर्ते (pre-conditions) रखी थी I - SC ST कर्मियों का अपर्याप्त प्रतिनिधित्व, II - उनका सामाजिक पिछड़ापन और III - समूची प्रशासकीय कार्यक्षमता इन मुद्दों पर पहले Quantifiable data इकट्ठा करने के पश्चात ही पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देना या ना देना यह निर्णय लिया जाए ऐसा एम नागराज केस का फैसला था, लेकिन किसी भी राज्य सरकार, केंद्र सरकार या उनके विभागों ने इस तरह का Quantifiable data इकट्ठा नही किया । 2) इस निर्णय को आधार मानकर 2006 के बाद कई सारे राज्यों मे दी गई पदोन्नती को रद्द कर SC ST कर्मियों को Demote कर दिया गया । इसके चलते नागराज केस मे दिए हुए फैसले का Review करने की मांग को लेकर कई सारे मामले सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे दायर हुए, इनके साथ केंद्र सरकार के Income tax विभाग के जरनैल सिंघ का मामला भी दर्ज हुआ था । इन सभी मामलों का इकठ्ठा फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 26 Sept 2018 को दिया, जिसके महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दु निम्नलिखित है । 3) नागराज केस मे 2006 मे दिए हुए फैसले का Review करने की मांग को नामंजूर किया गया लेकिन SC ST कर्मियों का सामाजिक पिछड़ापन (Social backwardness) के संदर्भ मे Quantifiable data इकठ्टा करने की पूर्वशर्त को रद्द कर दिया गया । सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह माना कि SC ST कर्मियों का सामाजिक पिछड़ापन सिद्ध करने की पूर्वशर्त मंडल कमीशन मे 1992 को नौ जज बेंच के संविधान पीठ ने दिए गए फैसले के विरुद्ध था जब कि नागराज केस का फैसला केवल पांच जज बेंच के संविधान पीठ ने दिया था । 4) सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देने के लिए राज्य/केंद्र सरकार को उस विशिष्ट कैडर मे SC ST कर्मियों के "अपर्याप्त" प्रतिनिधित्व के संदर्भ मे Quantifiable data इकठ्ठा करना पड़ेगा । 5) सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देने के मामले मे प्रतिनिधित्व की पर्याप्तता ( Adequacy of representation) का मापदंड लोकसंख्या (Population) नही माना जा सकता, यह मापदंड केवल लोकसभा और राज्य की विधान सभाओं मे रखी गयी आरक्षित सीटों तक ही सीमित है । 6) सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात की para 15, 16 और 17 मे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह स्पष्ट किया कि क्रीमी लेयर का तत्व SC ST को लागू करने की बात जो नागराज जजमेंट मे कही गयी थी उससे SC ST की अनुसूची बनाने के पार्लियामेंट के अधिकारों का कोई हनन नही होता । साथ मे यह भी कहा कि पार्लियामेंट को SC ST मे से क्रीमी लेयर को हटाने का अधिकार है लेकिन यह करने का अधिकार संविधान पीठ के पास भी रहेगा जब वह आरक्षण का सिद्धांत मे Art 14 और Art 16 के समानता के तत्व को लागू करेंगे । 7) नागराज जजमेंट में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह कहा था कि राज्य/केंद्र सरकार पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देने के लिए बाध्य नही है, पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण देना या नही देना यह निर्णय लेने के लिए राज्य/केंद्र सरकार स्वतंत्र है । इस बात को 26 Sept 2018 के इस जजमेंट ने भी स्वीकार किया, अब सवाल यह आता है कि अगर विशिष्ट कैडर मे SC ST कर्मियों के "अपर्याप्त" प्रतिनिधित्व होने के पश्चात भी राज्य/केंद्र सरकार पदोन्नती मे आरक्षण नही देता है तो क्या कर सकते है ? -हेमंत तिरपुड

चीफ़ जस्टिस रंगनाथ मिश्रा के सगे भतीजे जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा हैं ? बिना जज की परीक्षा पास किए सिर्फ़ संपर्कों के आधार पर वे वक़ील से हाई कोर्ट में जज, फिर हाई कोर्ट में चीफ़ जस्टिस, फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जज और फिर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चीफ जस्टिस बन गए। वे उन 200 परिवारों में से हैं, जिनसे 80% से ज़्यादा जज आते। यह कोलेजियम है।

Worst Judgement of SC. We r suffering from this disease for more than 50 years and another deteriorating example of SC in this verdict. Again taxable money are going to be wasted for another centuries. Why India could not finish all those reservations???

govt. should have take some hard step. there must be 100% reservation in all govt. sector. atleast gen. candidate can't fill any govt.job. exam . this is d best way to develop digital india. modi jie u should watch their own speech about reservation before election .. 😶😶😶😑😑😑😑

Totally injustice whose fault if some are in general cast and some born in sc & st ... there must be equality without cast and racism ...😣

Caste is the curse of India. Caste system must be abolished. We always talk about Reservation but we have to think how can we abolish this cruel system.

में रिज़र्व कैटेगरी से belong करता हूँ आरक्षण, पिछड़े वर्ग को आर्थिक व सामाजिक रूप से समर्थ बनाने के लिये सवैधानिक व्यवस्था हैं चाहे में हूँ या कोई और अगर हम सरकारी नौकरी या किसी अन्य तरीके से आर्थिक रूप से समर्थ हो जाते हैं तो हमे अपना यह अधिकार दूसरे भाई बहनों के लिये give up कर देना चाहिए इसलिए प्रमोशन में आरक्षण का कोई तुक नही रह जाता हैं हो सकता हैं आरक्षित वर्ग के मेरे भाई बहन मुझे गालियां भी दे सकते हैं लेकिन क्या हमें ऐसे लोगो के लिए जगह खाली नही करनी चाहिए जो बहुत पिछड़े हैं रही बात सामाजिक समानता की, जब तक किसी व्यक्ति के विचार नही बदल सकते तब तक समाजिक समानता असम्भव हैं

As a responsible citizen of the country, we must respect and honour Supreme court verdict as it is the guardian of our Constitution.If anyone's fundamental rights are denied then they can directly approach the Supreme court rather than spitting hatred here.

Backwardness must be redefined for reservations. Instead of educational backwardness government should take social and economic backwardness criteria.

SC kabhi kabhi galat faisle leta hai mai SC ke adultery wale faisle se khush nahi hu SC ko dhara 497 ko khatam nahi karna chahiye tha balki mahilao ko bhi complaint karne ka adhikaar dena chahiye tha.

एक केस स्टडी मान लो कोई शादीशुदा पुरुष है बच्चों वाला भी है और कोई कुंवारी लड़की उस पर मरती है sexual relationship Hai Dono Ke beech उस पुरुष की पत्नी को पता चल जाए और वह लड़की पर केस कर दे और लड़की चूंकि प्यार में है वह सही गलत की डेफिनेशन को नकारती है लेकिन अब पत्नी को अधिकार है कि वह केस कर सकती है लड़की पर तो उसे सजा होगी और पुरुष भी यदि प्रेम करता है उस लड़की को तो यकीनन वो अपनी पत्नी को इस बात पर कभी माफ नहीं करेगा और हो सकता है कि भविष्य में दोनों शादी कर ले matlab totally Rishta khatam इससे बेहतर हो कि दोनों तलाक ही ले ले पर इन सब में बच्चों का संघर्ष बढ़ जाएगा मुझे नहीं लगता कि इतनी छोटी सी बात के लिए शादी जैसे बंधन को तोड़आ जाए हालांकि गलत है बट लव हैव नो बाउंड्रीज but no solution of lust अक्सर देखने में आता है कि किसी किसी पुरुष के एक जीवन में 10 से भी अधिक mahilaon se sexual relation Hote Hain यह बात कुंवारों को समझ में नहीं आएगी लेकिन जब वह खुद इस चीज को फेस करेंगे तब समझ में आएगा क्योंकि जिंदगी बहुत बड़ी है और बहुत से मोड़ आते हैं इसमें कभी गलती से कभी प्रेम में कभी लस्ट में कभी सिचुएशन की वजह से बिल्कुल आदर्श के विपरीत भी चला जाता है व्यक्ति और उसे पता भी नहीं होता और कई बार सत्ता का फायदा उठाता है पुरुष की सत्ता की बड़ी महत्ता है

Sir I'm serving Govt. Of India since the age of 19 from 2009 in BARC And since joining my CR is not written on my work but on my Catgary SC Saying I'm getting promotion on shorter period compare to open catgary which is i think very bad to come up ahead and which reduces working contributio.

sir,...aap recently 7 dino me supreme court ne jo,...16 bade chukade diye he unpe ek video banaye,....yeh ek accha current affair hoga aur isse related questions exam me jarur aayege....

Govt job pane ke baad...wo aur kahan backward rahe...job pane ke baad sabki salary samw hainn par to phir kyun...promotion mein kyun rakhna hain

India is for Reserved People, not for Deserved People. Nowadays, Career in Private Sector or Abroad is way better than Government Job, which has having Awesome Growth Opportunities!
