I think it's awesome that April is so loved by the family that they had to buy her. She gets a bigger share of the attention and stability in her home life. And since the new owners have been around you and you've seen how they are with her, you get a huge piece of mind.

I am going to include April in my daily prayers that she will be truly loved and cared for.🙏🙏🙏

The fact that they fell in love with her makes it bittersweet.

What a dual edge sword it must be to train and nurture a horse, then to sell them to someone, even someone you know. Good luck, April!

Palominos have always held a special place in my heart. I was a huge fan of Roy Rogers and Trigger! I got my Palomino at age 11. He was a grade, 16 hand lot of whoa and no go, which was the best for me. April looks like she will be a wonderful horse for her new owners. I guess you can look at April like she's your work of art and ready for someone else to love and enjoy. God bless your family.

It's always bittersweet to put so much love energy and attention into an animal knowing that ultimately you are going to be giving it to someone else. But April went to a wonderful loving home where she will be giving just as much attention and affection as she did it yours. She is an absolutely beautiful horse. And it was a very lucky family to end up with her!

Awww. April is beautiful! When I was young, I had a palomino named Shawnee. I got her when I was 9 years old and she was just a young filly. I had many happy years with her. ❤ Now April will be a blessing to another family.

@@leanneadams2549 If I'm not mistaken, JR once said on one of his videos that it lessens the stress on the horse if you mount from a ladder because you can just hop onto their back instead of having to push and place burden on its side while you try to mount.

A bitter sweet day I'm sure, But I understand what it takes to operate a business. Without the horses being traded/sold to keep the cash flow going from time to time. That being said, I wouldn't want to have to repeat that process over and over. but business is business and you do it knowing what the end result is. Thanks for sharing and God bless you all.
