@@user-xu5eu8vn4r Вопрос не стоит о днях . Его нужно отбирать и в чём то хранить ,для использования. Если по колхозному как в моём случае,то можно и в большие камеры , от колёс сельхозтехники. Да,это опасно,потому что можно проткнуть . При зарядке 3-х тонной бочки выход газа будет большой и его нужно отбирать постоянно ! На самом деле вся установка состоит из го...на и палок,уж поверьте на слово. Много плюсов есть и даже температура горения биогаза выше ,чем обычный трубный. . Да,есть опасность , так что без мозгов даже не начинайте ...

You guys gotta be careful with this. He currently has no flashback arrestor. The yellow tube needs to run into a water bottle, the bubbles need to rise and then the be captured in another tube, which then could be used for a flame. With the current setup- if a flame managed to travel back into the yellow tube in the video-as it is- it would blow that whole thing up.

The task of the bottle is to draw water from the barrel, which is the evaporating water from the inside The gas stays on the surface of the water and rises as the pressure increases

A similar bottle setup should (in theory) be attached to the yellow hose as a flashback arrestor- and should have one tube fully submerged under the surface of the water, and the other tube above the water level to capture gases. This appears to be a decent setup- only problem that I see is… it should have another bubbler (flame arrestor), to ensure a flame cannot flash back into the yellow tube and ignite the main container.

@@user-du8zp4pv8p You can make it out of a glass jar with a metal lid. Idea is the in this case yellow gas tube from the bioreactor goes into a hole in the lid of the jar and is submerged in water an outlet gas pipe goes into the lid of the jar and remains above the water. The gas has to bubble up through the water before you can use it. This way if the flame ever backs up into the pipe it's stopped at that jar and can't continue past the water to ignite the Bioreactor on fire causing an explosion. There are other methods, however.

I hope you don't get burnt out answering the same questions over and over. You have done a wonderful job and congratulations on an easy to do process we can all benefit from. I have questions though. The PVC pipe that runs down into the barrel - is the hole you cut into it completely submersed in the liquid? Halfway? Also, the pink funnel at the top, is air from the barrel coming out of it into the room, if the pipe is or isn't submersed? What is the purpose of the tubing in the bottle that basically goes nowhere? Could one use a smaller barrel? How often is the barrel emptied, how full is it allowed to get? Do you have specific diagrams of sizes/length of materials of this build? If you sold specific diagrams with instructions I know people would buy it. I would in a heart beat. You should have used fittings designed to mount on water tanks, those usually interlock to the walls of the barrel with O rings which are very secure. Epoxy and plastic don't work together because plastic is deformable which causes the epoxy to crack/fail.

Теоритически, просчитав сколько метана вырабатывает такая установка и за какое время, можно запустить энное количество таких генераторов заправляя их по очереди, но мне кажется, что 60 литров активной жижи выдадут слишком мало метана, для того, что бы обслуживать, хотя бы плиту в течении дня.

If you happen to look back say 90+ years or so. It wasn't uncommon for European farmers to use captured methane gas to warm up their farmhouse. Sure, they blew up once in a while or killed them if they happen to fall into the manure pits. But this was used successfully for many generations.....sort of. The principal isn't new, we just never really modernized for safety reasons. Now running a 5Volts LED light INSIDE the container is borderline suicidal. But heck, it would be entertaining to see how big of an explosion he can create.

Here in Guinea we use this method more widely... Thank you, sir, you are a genius

The following materials were used 1- Vegetables one kilogram 2 _ Fruit one kilogram 3_ Animal dong + soil 12 kg dry 4 _ Rock salt, one kilogram 5 _ Ammonium + potassium 400 g + 400 g 6 - 60 liters of water

The cost of 11 kg tank is equal or much cheaper than the materials and labor on this projects. Likewise, chemical compounds inside a plastic drum eventually escapes once every now and then you tried to monitor and open the cover of the drums. Moreover, some of the ingredients is not that easy to find in an ordinary 1 store. But then again, thank you for sharing your knowledge on this project which we can do in urban places where gas tank is not available.

Я ещё в 81-м году участвовал в сборке и запуске биогазовой установки и она успешно работала! Так как газа было много,то пришлось его собирать в камеры от К700. И что тут не так и смешного ? И он,кстати,горит на много лучше,чем нынешний газ из общей трубы ...

Antes de la trampa de agua, se coloca un cilindro ,cómo parte del circuito, que contiene viruta de hierro, aquí en Argentina se utiliza una viruta para limpieza de ollas y es muy finita. Esta viruta, permite neutralizar el sulfuro del gas. Hay videos . Espero que el comentario ayude. Saludos

Ваши соседи из Индии давно используют такой метод переработки отходов. Пищевые отходы и экскременты животных загружаются в бетонную ёмкость закопанную в землю. Объём резервуара несколько тысяч литров. Газ отводится через трубу в крышке. Чем больше объём, тем больше газа. Привет из России.

Tengo dos dudas-consultas: Primero, Jhon Seymur en el libro LA VIDA EN EL CAMPO, en la sección COMO PRODUCIR BIOGÁS, habla de 20 KILOS DE DESECHO ANIMAL (VACA) para poder hacer hervir una tetera con 3 l. de agua. Usted en cambio habla de 12 KILOS QUE PRODUCEN GAS 8 HORAS DIARIAS POR DOS MESES Y MEDIO. ¿A qué se debe esa diferencia tan enorme? Segundo: el barril suyo queda sellado COMPLETAMENTE. Al acabarse el gas, ¿Hay que abrir los sellos, especialmente el epoxy que es tan duro de sacar y puede romper el tambor? Seymur en cambio, concede una abertura para seguir colocando materia fecal, mientras va saliendo por una abertura de abajo, el material de desecho transformado en abono. ¿Qué opina al respecto? Sres Hemos puesto un tubo que sale de la tapa del barril, y su función es añadir materiales sin tener que abrir la tapa Y el grifo está en la parte inferior del barril para descargar los materiales también. Así que no necesitas abrir la tapa nunca

Даа .хорошая идея... А можно пропорцыю ингредиентов? Например, на 5кг навоза..сколько нужно соли амиака ,и кальцыя? И шо это за черные палочки?уголь древесный или шо?

Надо было ещё магнитную мешалку сделать, чтобы интенсивнее происходило отделение газа. Идея старая, но реализация более правильная, чем встречаемое мною ранее описание всеми ранее её продвигавшими.

No, usamos un adhesivo muy fuerte que evita fugas y usamos cinta de teflón en el interior Muevo el tubo para que los demás crean que no estoy colocando una bombona de gas y que el final del tubo es visible para todos

Не когда не поджигайте газ выходящий из реактора ,чревато взрывом .Для накопления газа используют газгольдер . Лучше для этой органики использовать специальные бактерии . А тема биогаза уже пережованна . Есть катализаторы через которые метан проходит и выделяет энергию без сгорания.

No check valve or backflow preventer. If the pressure drops enough from use it can travel back inside the yellow tube and reach the larger volume of gas with little holes tovesscsor tbe explosion the whole thing would burn your house down and you wouldn't be able to hear or see it if you were standing in tbe same room . The sound wound rupture your ear drums tbe explosion would almost empty the room of oxygen and if the door was open it would flash tbe rest of your house up really quick and hot. Этого хватит ровно на столько, сколько длится этот ролик. Реально использовать это устройство для приготовления пищи или обогрева дома, невозможно, из-за очень низкой производительности. Я думаю что автор для съёмок просто вкачал в бочку некоторое количество газа, чтобы оболванить наивных балбесов.

@@PupaJekov Нет, газ действительно выделяется.Я сразу даже не понял, зачем там свет понадобился. Но если сделать что-то похожее на улице, на несколько куболитров и использовать компост для брожения, думаю может что-то и получиться из этой идеи. Но нужны точные расчеты, очень точные ☺️

@Net Help I am straggling to find ammonium, it look like there is quite a few variety of ammonium like ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium acetate, ammonium chromate and. di-ammonium I have managed to find potassium but the supplier has potassium sulfate and potassium nitrate. So I don't know which ones you are using or whether anyone of these would work. I don't know if you or anyone in the comment section would help? May those who have tried this would know. Peace

I will build one with manemometer and safety valve to know the pressure. The mix of gases must go through 2 water bottles for safety and to clean them (NH4 +CO2 + hydrogen sulfur). Plants love water with higher dissolved CO2. In cool places, to let gaz burning to avoid overpressure is not a bad idea. Let just ventilate enough the room. 300 €( ?) to cook for life + free fertilizer It's worthy. Thanks for uploading. Very useful.

Seems this should be done on a local level, with safety in mind. Maybe people are credited for raw materials, with so much gas. Extra gas being sold to cover the costs.
