These blew me away with the flavors and frying that crispy cheese really set it off!
Lile this but don't have a smoker so we will go with the griddle cook. Love the thighs, best flavor. Never made peeko, so now its on the list of must try, We do favor the flour versus corn. Like the cheese on the griddle with the flip to the rack, great technique. Winner from Pop.
I’m a flour guy myself. I’ve only ever had corn tortillas once before and I wasn’t a fan but it’s always worth giving it another try.

I like flour for I guess you say regular tacos, but for "street tacos" I go with the corn mostly.

Those look like some fantastic Chicken Tacos. I may just take out some chicken thighs from the freezer for tomorrow. Have to finish off my pizza I made in my Blackstone pizza oven tonight. Waste not want not, right?

Flower is better, however when I’m wanting a actual authentic ones I like corn
