SAVORY, CRUNCHY CHEESE STRAWS / IN THE KITCHEN WITH LYNN

The ingredients I used was more than the ingredients listed below. Just double up the ingredients given to make a bigger batch of these delectable addictive cheese straws.
*Always adjust taste to your preference
INGREDIENTS:
8oz All Purpose Flour
8oz Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
6oz Unsalted Butter
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Mustard
Pepper to Taste
Ice Cold Water for binding

    @@INTHEKITCHENWITHLYNNktk52 Hello there, the previous method, no water was used and mixing the wet ingredients first then adding the flour made a better texture for the cheese straws. I tried that one before and it was great. This new method was good but the first one was great for me. But that is just my opinion. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I have tried quite a few and they came out great.👍🏽
