Savitri: A Legend and a Symbol is an epic poem by Sri Aurobindo, an Indian Yogi, philosopher and nationalist. It consists of 24,000 lines in 3 parts, 12 books and 49 Cantos. This poem is in blank verse and elaborates on the legend of 'Savitri and Satyavan' from Mahabharat. In this video, we discuss Book 1, Canto 1 which is titled 'The Symbol Dawn'. It gives an overview of the epic poem that follows. You will understand the summary of Canto 1, followed by the complete text.

Mam in tamil nadu for trb exam was in descriptive you even took steps to taught that kind of exam But in upsc mains please mam. Conduct classes or atleast conduct test series because thousands of aspirant wating for right guidence and also mam i don't want mention some of the acdemy which give wrong gudience and cheated money from the students since you are one of the trustworthy academy iam asking the help mam
