Seeing other people keeping their zu's going always puts a smile on my face and makes me want to keep mine going all the more. Also love the little beeps leaving the lot. Gives me herbie goes bananas vibes. Also those side steps and mirrors are getting pretty rare. Nice find ^_^

I have a 95 Limited 234,000miles. Took me years/and a lot of $$$ to find someone to rebuild the trans in it. Just reall got it back after what seems like plenty of setbacks. Now I’m looking for advice to a coolant leak under the dashboard on passenger side 🤬🤬😭. I think I heard the dashboard will need to come out. Any advice?

Sounds like you need to replace the heater core, as a temp fix while its summer, you can bypass the heater core to give you some time, ( the blazer is like that still lol ) or yeah take apart the dash and replace the core and / or lines.

@@gregghenry5064 mine did that. Haven't gotten around to actually replacing the heater core but the bypass does work. If you don't pull the old core put it'll still have some fluid in it which may leak still but eventually it'll stop.

I did the bypass on my blazer 3 years ago, I live in az so not a lot of call for heat, where as Alex and Melissa live in nc and need it during the winter.. so its about what your needs are..

Nice! How did the Rodeo handle hauling the Trooper?

The rodeo did it... there was a lot of e-braking with primary brakes to stop quickly. Helper bags would have been nice. Also our rodeo has an aux transmission cooler in line with stock cooler. I would highly recommend trailer brakes if towing something like this and no steep hill climbs.
