Hey Peter, I’m most looking forward to getting a pen display for bits of graphic design. I have a 49 inch monitor (after watching your vids actually) and my old graphics tablet doesn’t scale well to the display so that’s why I now need a pen display. Bonus, if I can get a 4k model, I can use that for video production too. But ohhhhhh, they are expensive!! Haha.

There's a lightbar that matches the g9 1000r curve by blitzwolf. It's not very bright and has gimmicky useless rgb but it works really well.

I just ordered a Samsung 49" Odyssey Neo G9 to put in my Land Rover Defender 110, which already has a Dell monitor on a wall-mount, facing a built-in computer desk and built-in swivel chair - but I want bigger, better, faster. The vehicle it's going in is a Defender 110 County with Starlink, driven by a Mac Mini M1 that sits on the wall in a custom caddy. I'm in the Lake District, near Whitehaven. My immediate challenge is custom designing a monitor arm that stows away the monitor when it's not in use, but allows the Odyssey Neo G9 to be correctly positioned in front of the computer desk when in use, which I'll CNC, ... the concept of the monitor light is something that I hadn't thought about but will be an interesting extension to the challenge!

Have to say the setup on my BenQ light bar for my 34in Alienware ultrawide is less than ideal. Alienware, in their wisdom, have a weird bump in the middle at the back of their monitor, which means the spring-loaded grip on the light bar rests rather awkwardly on top of the monitor and the light doesn't shine on the desk. I have to use the USB C power lead (under tension!) in order to squeeze down the grip in order get the right angle for the light itself.

Hi Pete! Thanks for all your videos! I would love to win the Halo Screenbar as I was already looking to buy a monitor light somewhere in the next few weeks to upgrade my desk setup. As for your question; not exactly a tech product, but I am planning to buy a proper desk chair in 2022.

Cannot wait to buy myself a new monitor, Will be going from a 35" 2560x1080 to a 49" of some description. I am still lost on what panel to get, I have been watching so many videos over the last week, yet I still cannot decide. Maybe if I win the Light I will have to get the G9 Odyssey Working from Home I get the advantage to game and work at my desk. Sometimes I get a little distracted in a lunch break meaning I may have to work later in the evening. The light will help keep me illuminated for sure!

Currently stuck at: (no particular order as it's just as I have the model numbers written in my notes) Samsung G9 (d'uh that's why I'm here at this video :) ) LG 49WL95C Dell U4919DW AOC AG493UCX in the high res versions Then in the smaller "But still better than what I currently have) pile I have: LG 38GL950G-B Acer Predator X338 LG 38WN95C-W While the 38's aren't as wide as the 49's they are still slightly bigger than my current monitor, much higher resolutions and will require less reorganisation of my desk to make them fit Decisions, decisions.
