I bought this same rifle and got the same results. First time shooting a bolt action and using a scope. Had an amazing time at the range. Loving this new hobby!

Good job, your videos reminds me of mine when i have to walk back to table to shoot😀. But great group i found your channel looking at these rifles. Dont have a 22mag bolt gun and this Savage seems like a good shooter to set my grandson up for squirrels and varments. Thanks again just subbed

great video Just Pick one up yesterday ,ad the 17 HMR like this but traded it for a Beautiful Marlin 336 35 Rem ,couldn't pass that up and decided to purchase another in 22 mag and a Leupold scope nice set up ,thanks can't wait to try it out .

Wow, that thing is a tack driver! Having a lot of trouble find these guns with the 16.5" barrel!

@@ridgetopoutdoors1460 nah don’t be too humble brotha. The shooter behind that gun is key holing shots, I know a few people that couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn at 10ft.

Good shooting did you ever get to shoot it at a hundred yards because I'm looking at the same gun but I'm afraid it won't shoot that good at 100 with a short barrel but I could be wrong

It's surprising because sometimes the shorter barrels can turn out to be more accurate than longer barrels due to less barrel whip. Depends on a lot of things though.

Not a lot of difference between a 16.5 and a 21 in FPS. The 22 mag starts losing cos after that if you look at “ballistics by the inch”
