Savage 110 .223 at 500 Yards
Finally got out to do some shooting and video.
Savage 110 .223 Varmint
JARD trigger (about 9-10 OZ trigger pull)
TAC Sentinel 6-24x scope
75 gr. BTHP .223 from Peak Performance (Since Peak Performance is ripping people off, I will not be buying anymore ammo from them)

That looked good to me! Just so you know---I use a steel shooting rest and/or bags with all my rifles. I also shoot 1911s at 50 ft bullseye and very recently discovered working out with light weights has improved my steadiness a great deal.
I totally agree with our motor skills as we get older…. I feel your pain… thank you for a great presentation 😎🤙🏽🌈🤙🏽
I brought the 223 heavy barel from walmart ,its been a super great shooter . Damm ammo prices going up again want to get out and shoot again
Great shooting! I enjoy shooting steel at long distance. Does your rifle have a heavy barrel?
😎🔥🇺🇸
Good shootin. Bet you didnt see your front table leg wasn't locked.
So there is a magazine popping into the bottom of this one? Do you happen to know what the full model number was? Are they all that way, or aren’t some of them internal box magazine only?
MIdway carries a single shot sled for that rifle . It makes single feeding a joy.
...try shooting prone on a mat, it's much easier to get into the right position, especially with a normal table as opposed to bench rest table shaped for it. I can shoot 1/ 2 MoA if I'm comfortable, in good conditions with decent ammo / reloads and its more enjoyable....have fun!
What are your paper groups like at 3-500 yards ? Is that the 110 Varmint?
My friend ... the barrel is varmint contour..?? Thank you
No point. 223 is not a 500 yd round.
