Seth I subscribed because of everything running, I just started running just over two years now and everything that you talk about in your videos plays a part in my improvement and has kept me running over this short time throughout all the challenges of injury, even down to the family vlogs. I appreciate every video you post, they come with a purpose and they serve that purpose.
Shoe battles are my favorite kind of shoe review. I like comparisons to other models of shoes and how you’d describe the minor tweaks from one version to the next. Hope you and the family are doing well!
RUNNING SHOE REVIEWS!!! Thank you Seth!🙏🏻
Primarily shoe reviews but your videos have helped me in every aspect of running and I enjoy all of the content!
I’m really really appreciating the shoes reviews atm!! As I want to buy new shoes for the marathon, and in general I enjoy all the videos, family, stretching, running, shoes, etc. ❤️
I love your shoe reviews, your personality and how you communicate the analysis!
Just got the Speed 3 in stock at our store, feels as close to a plated stability racer as we've seen so far. Those lateral wings, wider midsole, and asymmetrical outsole (in the midfoot the outsole is more pronounced on the medial side) seem to give some gentle guidance and stability, whereas the previous version felt a little wobbly sometimes. The extended heel also makes it more friendly to heel strikers

Ohhh I do like my 2’s but that wobble is my biggest gripe. Another issue is I’m losing track of all the shoes saucony has at this point
The running shoe reviews are very informative. I understand you are injured so this of course is a great time for this . But my favs are still the running adventures, training and family life videos. Thanks for all your hard work to do daily videos.

The reason I watch and subscribe is because the community is extremely motivational and your videos are great for information with a non biased touch Some of your information has helped me get better and better at running and I'm still a rookie only being in the game for a year and a 1/2 but hopefully but hopefully this time next year I'll be doing my 1st full marathon. Hard to believe that a little
I honestly, subscribed when I first started my running journey. However, now I just want to continue to support your channel and you’re a great speaker.
Your review videos are just beautiful. Simple to understand and compare ❤️❤️👌
Just the video I needed!
Thank you for mentioning me Seth. Your shoe reviews has helped me make my decision on purchasing much easier. The Endorphin Speed 2 are still my "go to" shoes for training. They have helped me become a much more stronger and faster runner. Get well soon Seth. 🙏🏽
QD: I subscribe to your channel because I love your positive attitude and friendly energy Seth!!! Of course the shoe reviews are great, but mostly I appreciate the motivation you offer to LIVE AND RUN HAPPY!!! 😀🏃🏻♀😃 When I retire I wanna travel the world in campervans running marathons, hiking and snowboarding!!!
The pivot to hammer out all the shoe comparisons/battles has been really impressive. A month into my own injury recovery and I have been hilariously ineffective. Keep up the good work Seth!
QD: I am retired after being a full-time orchestral flutist for 25 yrs, then freelancing in different orchestras for several, but nowadays we play chamber music for fun. The additional time & freedom gave me the chance to get more serious about running; in recent yrs. I met my coach, ran my 1st marathon, & have kept running one/yr since. I’ve also fulfilled a desire to learn Spanish (over a series of visits to an immersion school in Mex.)
Been waiting for this one! Good morning DGR FAM! First! I subscribe for all the content. I really love the family interaction Seth!
I subscribe for really good and reliable reviews. Shoe battles are just a plus
Hi Seth, I watch all of Kofuzi videos, and there were a lot of people talking about you running pikes peak, that was 2 years ago. So I got interested and be here since every day for life and running. Thx for your inspiration 👍😁
I ran a 20 minute tempo today, and then some 300s and 200s on the track afterwards, in the Speed 1. Its the shoe I have my Half marathon race PB and my first marathon race in. A great shoe for a beginner runner like me. Have now bought the Nextpercent 2. Training for 10 K and marathon race this autumn.
Hey Seth! I'm about 10 years from retiring from my day job as an IT guy! I can't wait! I'll be a running coach till the day I drop though... I love running more each day! I'll also be writing and recording music and playing all my guitars much more regularly! Keep pushing my friend!

Q.D.: I have run in the Speed one and two. Been though two pairs of the one and four pairs of the two. It looks like the three got a little larger and bulkier and I think I'm going to buy a few more pairs of the two before they are completely gone. I ran my first marathon at 50. I'm 57 now with 16 marathons and two Boston's in the rear view mirror. I'm going to keep running until I can't ran anymore!
I just started running and searched for a running shoes for beginner, and I bought Puma velocity nitro 2 because of your review. I enjoyed every run with that shoes. Thank you Seth ☺️
QOTD: I initially subscribed because of a shoe review, I think. But I really enjoy trail running, and your vlogs of the mountains and racing are really what I stick around for. I really enjoy all of the content you create. Also, I LOVE the Speed 2. Holy Hannah, what a shoe!
So excited for this shoe. A true do everything shoe - even up to a marathon which is great to hear. Can’t wait! Drops August 22nd I think. 👍

Most entertaining shoe reviews, great training tips and family life, this is why i watch this channel, indeed The Speed lineup is one of the best shoes for almost any work out
I had the Speed 2 and loved them (my favorite running shoe by far). Got the Speed 3 and yes they are clunky just like you said, Saucony made a great shoe average.. I bought another pair of the Speed 2's.
I use the Speed 2’s as my fast training shoe. Absolutely love it. Thinking of getting a pair to store in the cupboard as they are now on offer. Not sure the 3s are going to give me the same feel.
QOD: the main reason I subscribe is to follow your journey of running competitively. Your dedication and energy is inspiring. You’ve found a way to make it work for you while giving back to the running community.
there are so many shoe KZreadrs out there. Your Chanel is great because you combine running, family , racing and shoes. I subscribed for family, races, and gorgeous trail running. 2 # - I was just talking about retirement today with my husband! I would love to retire to a sleepy little coastal town. There I would spend my days reading, antique shopping , running and swimming in the ocean. 4-6 more years!!!! Bring it!
I wore the Speed v1 for my 1st Boston Marathon in ‘21. I wore the RunShield (variation on v2) last April because until the day itself, rain was a strong possibility. However, I actually like that version the best even on dry surfaces. It’s slightly more comfortable (upper) and the tackier outsole has a really nice footstrike feel with the different rubber. It’s perfectly breathable, which you might not expect with the water repellency of the upper. (It’s not waterPROOF). I’m interested in trying Speed 3 but may end up going with the Pro for the first time. But I also have the ASICS Edge in the mix as another option. Martha
Hi, last year did the Chicago Marathon and NYC Marathon in Speed 2. Wonderful shoes.
180 lbs with size 12 in running shoes and wide feet. Picked up two pairs of speed 2's with the amazing sales recently but will grab the speed 3 for the wider toe box. Saucony is taking up far too much of my shoe rack lol. What a great company.
Thanks Seth for the vs. Really love speed 2. Have done a couple of half marathons this year in the speed 2. Definitely solid for training and racing. Recently got the Alphafly 2. It is a faster shoe and I'm doing another half next month and see how much faster then. Also have the Adidas takumi Sen 8 and that is faster as well. May skip the speed 3 and get Pro 3 this year once some better colours come out.
Just seeing the word 2x...Endorphin gives me some extra energy for my flow...moon shadow and sunrise. Shoe reviews but also your energy and enthusiasm.
QOD: We watch daily for the running, especially trail footage, and for the glimpse into your running and family life. Also love your creativity and how you approach video editing! Shoe reviews are ok but we are drawn to the personal interest, and we can only buy so many shoes! 😉

Came for the shoes, have stayed for your positivity!
In my long run today I started with Metaspeed edge+, but the condition pf the road was not good and in the km 13 I changed to speed 3....much much better, felt better, more flexible and bouncier, heart rate was reduced....absolutely fantastic....I know the comparison here is with speed 2, but Im loving the 3....
I subscribed to see running shoes!!
I've got about 580mi in my Speed 2's. These and the Infinity 2 were my workhorse shoes the last yr and a half. Can't recommend enough and hoping to try the 3s out. When I retire just want to do alot more street photography than I get to do these days.
Outstanding shoe battle review. I bought the speed 3 £165 here in the uk and speed 2 £109 and sent back the 3’s. Just felt not enough difference between them to justify the extra cost and at £109 the speed 2 is a bargain! Great work Seth and hope that injury is healing well. Ian 🇬🇧

In Croatia we can get Speed 2 for about 85€. Such a wonderful shoe.
I've reached 860 km in my Speed 2 and they look like just out of the box. just a little damage to the exposed midsole and nothing else. The outsole is almost perfect and so the upper. Unfortunately I can definitely feel the ride has changed and no longer provides that energy return. Still deciding whether to buy the 3 or get a discounted pair of 2.
coming for the shoes staying for the stories!
QOD: subscribed for shoe reviews but stayed for all the content.
I have a wider foot, so hoping the speed 3s might be better suited for me. Just wish they would come out already - no idea of when they'll be available in Australia yet.
Speed 2 is cooler looking. But, always looking for toe box width. So, Speed 3 for me. Great review, Seth "Be patient with yourself." Sage advice.
Haven’t got the 3s on the feet yet but on paper preferring the heel on the 3 compared to the OG to be more stable.
Saucony had the Speed 2 recently for $80. I couldn’t pass that up.
Trying to figure out sizing. I have a wider foot but not necessarily a true wide, so I went up a half size from usual in the 2 to be comfortable. Is the extra width really that much in the 3? I've ordered both sizes to compare but I can't stop thinking about it haha
Just wonder seth. Do you get 2 pair of this shoe for review? Coz the speed 2 the outsole still clean and clear
RUNSHIELD? Seth, how would you score the E-Speed 2 Runshield relative to the E-Speed 2 and E-Speed 3? Many reviewers seemed to prefer the lighter E-Speed 2 Runshield 2 (~0.5 oz lighter) over the E-Speed 2 despite the $20 price premium.
I watch for your positivity
QD: Your shoe reviews are the BEST hands-down compared to anyone else, but once or twice a week would be enough. What I really love on your channel are the outdoor scenes and the advice / footage that you give us when you’re on the trail. 😎

@@Safari87 how so? If you’ve been listening to Seth for a long time like I have, you’ll get to know his style and what his running type is and footstrike, etc. For instance he’s very lightweight and has medium to slightly narrow feet and you can take that into account with the various comments that he puts out. He does a great job of consistently going from the insole to midsole to outsole to the overall fit, and so on. It’s a good consistent methodology, and once you know his idiosyncrasies you can easily tailor it to your running style and body type.

For shoes, I watch a broad spectrum of reviews on YT but also read written ones online. I’m partial to the multi-tester reviews in print, (BITR and RoadTrailRun) because they pack the most information into the most efficient format and you can read all or skip to find what’s most relevant to you. However, watching a bunch of “shoe-tubers” also gives a broad spectrum of opinion and I find video reviews entertaining. I still strongly believe everyone should go try on shoes they’re interested in, support your local independent brick and mortar running stores if you have good ones. (My favorite one gives me a good discount and incredible return policy) In the end, our biomechanics are all different even if we have similar body types, so you have to see how the shoes work for you. Aside from entertainment, these video reviews also help me narrow down what I want to try on because there are so many great options nowadays.

I usually watch Kofuzi and the run testers for the variety.
I have both the speed 1 & 2. I’ve logged over 400 miles in my first pair. I just feel that when you’re picking up the pace, the shoe “slaps” the ground harder than most shoes. Other than that, once you’re rollin’ it’s a lovely ride.
Skipped on the 2, since I had purchased two 1s. Have ordered the 3rd edition.
I tried the speed 2 felt narrow and weird to me. Maybe I’m too used to my rincon 3s gone through a couple pairs. Thinking the speed 3 may be more my style being more cushioned and wider but who knows. Or wait for the rincon 4

I subscribed due to your experience and the scoring system. Your scoring gives a little more objectivity to an always subjective comparation. I like the happy spirit, but I like a lot less the show (gooses, sounds, ducks etc). Think if those help with sending the message to the audience or is just distracting. For sure I am not here for the show.... I remember your Prehab video - maybe some of the best I have seen on this topic. You have a lot of experience and I thank you for sharing and teaching. I wish you a speedy recovery!

Hello all, Coming from Adidas size 10 the past years, what would the endorphin equivalent size be. Did anyone had Adidas and transition to saucauny
i was a HUGE fan of the endorphine speed 1. I had 3 pairs of them before they stopped making them. Ive been running in the speed 2's but they do not feel the same as the first generation. Im hoping 3's are better

RUNNING SHOE AND EQUIPMENT REVIEWS! How about a running shorts "best of" list soon? I stopped visiting Ginger's page because it took a turn to running stories and DIY movies.
I'm a 200lb+ runner and love the speed 2 for tempo pace and half marathon races. Not sure why more foam was needed.
In Usa many runners wears between 9 1/2 to 12 sizes and height between 5'8 to 6 and the weights are in the range of 170/200 pounds so take tha in mind in fsct the élites in us are in the 9/11 shoe sizes and weights in the 150/170 pounds ranges so take that in count samll runners in usa are not the common.
After all the hype I took the plunge on the speed 3. Its light and comfortable but nothing special. I also have the triumph 19 and I honestly couldn't say there's much difference. There's plenty other shoes out there that arnt £160 that do the same job imo. I've probably got about 50 miles on them now so gave them a good test at all paces.
Hands down no question for me! The Speed 2 is the best choice for fast pace/racing. Speed 3 feels a little more “clunky” on my foot.
I run two Marathon's in the speed 2. It's a perfect shoe for all amateur runners.
