Took some COVID-imposed downtime to clean out my inbox, and found this!
The guy at the piano - Manny Houston (www.backstage.com/u/manny-hou...) introduced me to Adam Guettel's absolutely beautiful song cycle "Myths and Hymns" while we were both doing a show with Brad Moranz down in Charleston (Brad's still producing in the pandemic, and his company is an inspiration in these crazy times - check it out: bradandjennifermoranz.com/). I was blown away, and convinced Manny to record this song at the studio between shows. This is the result.
Thank you to Jay Miley and Charleston Recording Studio for providing such an invaluable resource - I can't wait to work with you again this year, and many more years in the future!
