This explains my entire 8th grade year im saturn in gemni and in 8th grade i got in trouble for speaking my mind to teachers and got put in detention and it made me go crazyy

This is so spot on! My dad is a very silent person than my mom. My mom will say things about my dad to me that I don't know how to process so i will just set it aside and not think about it. And when I was younger, I had a hard time not being able to read. I remember being in the 1st grade and my mom told me she thought I was 'dumb' because my older brother been able to read at that age younger than me. Now that I am 19 and kinda learned from that reading and dumb thing, is the one with the straight 'A's' or line of 9 in my country and is the bookworm of the family. Saturn really works in mysterious ways but I still can't speak up properly

This is the first one that i dont really agree with. I can honestly say Ive never tried to manipulate my parents. But i can say that i always want to know the truth, and i get mad when something i thought was true actually was false

I was also the teachers pet.

as a kid I would always get yelled at for saying the slightest insensitive thing, or telling lies for no conscious reason. that would be my saturn in 3rd house scorpio with the stinger which is also considered the house of the unconscious. my parents were pretty controlling, even into my early 20's they wouldn't allow me to bring people to my own apartment, as long as they were helping pay the rent! apparently didn't suspect that might get a little bit awkward for me, or lead to a lot of lie-telling. brought a friend home who was homeless at the time, had to lie about that one also :)

Yes this happened to me as well...My Mom would threaten to send me to live with my Dad when I misbehaved....like it would be a punishment?! She was overbearing and manipulative back then now shes mellowed and I have a good relationship with both Parents now....So lesson learned I guess xoxo

Thanks a lot Alyssa. Great video. IMHO Saturn in Gemini is one of the most important placements for Saturn. I have this placement in 11th house. From my own experience I would say that SaturnGemini hate Authority "when it is not well communicated". Communication is key here. That is what it is all about. And communication for a SaturnGemini must not be superficial or manipulative but well 'organized and detailed' communication, from any Authority (this comes to a SaturnGemini person as a sign of appreciation and respect). SaturnGemini person respects and values organized communication, that creates knowledge for everyone. When we see authority communicating just as a mean to keep their position that is when we get really pissed off. Communication must be clear and of value to everyone and not part of a person's or group's agenda. In my particular case, things are even worse because I have my Natal Gemini saturn in 11th House opposing my natal Sun and I'm Leo ascendant. Thanks again.

My dad literally argued with me about not talking to him, I just dont want to talk to him. But he will just start a fight with me if I dont answer him. So im forced to respond, and i didnt answer positively. Im not sure how I can live with him while mom is in the hopsital for 3 weeks since her artery bursted in her brain causeing blood to flow in and put pressure on her skull, she has global brain damage now... i never really liked my dad alot because he is very authoritarian and he tells me what to do alot of the times, our conversations were mostly about him telling me things all the time. And i just tell him to fuck off because I dont want to talk to someone who wants to control me. After telling what I really feel, he then just questions me why i tell him what i feel?? Like saying why are you like that?? Etc... and i just start cursing at him afterwards because he cant take that I dont like him or want to talk to him..

So much of this applies to me. Wow. In my case my father was the loud, aggressive parent who allowed no disobedience. My mother quietly and passively took his fits of anger. Now she tells me I should stand up for myself more than I do. When I do its just so awkward and the situation usually spirals out of control quickly. I sometimes want to tell her its because I never saw her do it, never saw it modelled in any constructive way. Oh and thanks for this video :-)

My mum wasn't around, it was actually my only sibling who was the bully in the house, she would overbear my dad and would bully me severely. I didn't talk much because I could never get a word in, my sister was always arguing and blaming either my dad or myself for anything that ever happened to her. She threw full on tantrums until she was in her 20s. My family members were always concerned about me being depressed or traumatised because of her, which I was right up until I moved out of home. Our relationship will always be strained, but we get along better now that we are both adults and she's been diagnosed with BPD. I will never forget how much her behaviour shaped my life and set me up for being a pushover for most of my early upbringing. I was being bullied at school for being the quiet kid and going home to a situation where speaking up for myself only ended in me being chastised or being blamed for getting my sister riled up. Now I stand up for myself unapologetically and I've become a very authoritarian speaker as an adult. Now when I speak up, I do so confidently, therefore people listen and respect what I have to say.

im a pretty late saturn in gemini and dont get put in too harsh of situations that would “trigger” it, but i am SO GLAD i have an explanation for why i am soooo secretly manipulative and always trying to be on top of the controls. i 100% manipulate my parens but i have pretty good intentions most of the time but i really have developed so many skills to make my life easier 😂😂 im so glad you made this video thank you

This is fascinating. I watched it because I have natal saturn in aquarius (3rd house/gemini) and in my Draconic chart (for some reason, all my natal houses ishadow where my draconic placements fall) I have Saturn in gemini in the 3rd house. I'm curious as to why this shadowing has happened for the entire chart, but I seem to resonate with this much more than my natal saturn. Thanks for this video, very insightful.

Absolutely does not fit me at all. I have Saturn in the 3rd, 6 degrees conjunct IC, however, it is in SAGITTARIUS - opposite of Gemini, so it will be expressed differently in the same house. Planet = Energy, House = Where it's expressed/what area of life it's expressed, Sign = How it's expressed/manifests. None of this fit me, not even a bit! Also the cusp of third house and it's lord would show a better picture of the third house and any relations to it.

I'm curious... what would you look for in the chart for people who have stuttering problems? I don't have this Saturn, nor anything in 3rd, but I had a lot of problems with verbal communication, especially when I was younger. My Mercury is retrograde, could it be just that? A lot of people have Mercury Rx tho, but not all of them stutter. I don't know...

Oh I'm sorry, I have Chiron in 3rd, too! (Mine is in Taurus.) I should've checked that before posting that comment. Oops. Now it makes more sense. 9th house has Mars/Uranus conjunction, it's sextiling both my Sun and Moon and doesn't make any stressful aspects, so it's probably just Chiron's fault. I never had any speech impediment, technically. It was purely on emotional level. It started after I got my tonsils out when I was 4, I was scared of being in the hospital for few days, my child logic thought my parents left me. lol I still stutter sometimes when I'm stressed, but then I go through phases when I totally forget about it.
