A closedown with a knock-knock joke. Wonderful.
Malcolm Brown had a knack of making a joke about the switching off of the TV set at closedown. Great sense of humour from TVS’ chief announcer.
Paul Lally up to his usual high standard on the YTV record pitch. In fact all of the announcers here seemed to be in a competition to see who could sound the least interested... ... until the gag at the end!

Company ... wow... a world away from today’s moronic ITV output (few notable exceptions aside)
I might’ve known that was god squad on the end! Boring as hell! I would’ve switched off half way through that instead of waiting for the black screen and that god awful joke on the end about switching your tv off!!!!
