@maddylee5607
3 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t assume that she goes through the whole process since she (or at least some of the other people at the same spa) is not a dermatologist. I’ve seen some “unusual” techniques in some of their video such as squeezing blood from what was obviously an infection with the guy practically screaming in pain. It didn’t really occur to me these people weren’t doctors until I saw someone cut the bottom of a cyst sack when it was almost out and coming out in one piece. If you were a real pimple popper, you’d know that the cyst would be coming back.
@minimac8098

@@maddylee5607 not trying to intrude or be rude but the video that you’re mentioning about the guy with the infection, many people in the comments did translate what was being said and thuy (idk if I’m spelling it right) asked multiple times if he wanted some pain relief. Though I do agree with you that some of the techniques used are not very good just wanted to let that be known.

Cellulite is just normal healthy fat cells pushing against your convective tissue though, rather than an abnormal growth. It's just genetic how many fat cells poke through the connective tissue, which is why even really skinny people have it. If you pulled the cells out, you'd end up with big divets in your skin that would look pretty weird.

The problem with having them fully removed (sac and all) is that it requires a bigger incision and usually leaves a noticeable scar. It's possibly that this person prefers to have the contents expressed occasionally through a small hole to avoid the scars.

From the comments of people who actually have them they don’t normally hurt , but depending on the location , number and the size they can definitely be uncomfortable, annoying, get in the way and make it difficult to find clothing that can go over them without being too tight or restricting movement. Mainly people who have them don’t like how they look or feel. I can totally relate with them because a few years ago I suddenly developed bumps under my skin on my hands, arms, jawline, neck, chest, abdomen and a few on my back and legs. It was very weird because many appeared overnight. After seeing multiple doctors and having a few removed (he actually forgot to remove the second one on my neck which was actually a good thing because the way he stitched them closed was terrible and would leave a huge scar)by a general surgeon who thought they were cysts and sent them to pathology. I didn’t go back because he was horrible. I went back to my regular doctor and she consulted with the dermatologist who worked in the practice a few days each week and she took a look and wanted to do a biopsy to figure out what they were since more had popped up. It was amazing to watch her work on the one that was closer to the surface. She had it checked for everything because it could have been a type of cancer which thankfully it wasn’t. (I had already been battling breast cancer and endometrial cancer and I didn’t need another one developing.) I was diagnosed with subcutaneous granulomas aliarria (?) which is rare in adults. There is no treatment or cure and they don’t know what causes them to form. Sometimes they will go away on their own, but it can take years for that to happen. 3-4 years later most have disappeared. They were very annoying in the first few months when they kept appearing and a few were quite painful especially if they developed on top of a nerve ending.

It's steatacystomas and they will come back if they don't get the sac also!

No they won’t ,the sacs on steatocystoma multiplex are very fragile and friable ,so are reabsorbed

😲 OMGOOSH the pain each time she plunges that scalpel into the skin! No numbing was used at all!!! 😖😵
It is filthy to use the same scalpel many times.I think it is necessary not only to wipe when blood is bleeding, but also to press it to stop bleeding.When I pick it up, my skin seems to bleed and hurt.
Imagine a leech biting them and getting a mouthful of that gunk instead of blood. 😅 Jokes aside, at that point of saturation, a 3 mm dermaroller would probably be more effective and leave less scars too.

That’s not what a dermaroller is for , she has to open them up

Good Lord just open it. You probably are afraid you will go too deep. But most clients know what to expect when these are opened. They’d rather have one sharp cut to open than two or more small but sharp cuts to finally get it open. I imagine their body gets ready when you bring both hands together , preparing to feel you open the cyst, then you do tiny cut and leave? That would make me so anxious.😊
That’s a lot in one small area that’s awful. Poor person. They amaze me they are all so different. There’s going to be a lot of comments on this one!
Ay por favor no puede utilizar otro tipo de utensilio con punta más pequeña??? Está quedando como colador pero con cortes más grande y además podrían ponerle alguna crema o algo para que deje de sangrar

Steatocystomas are my favorite
Wonder how often does the person have to go through this painful excercise...

Poor person, they'll keep filling back up because the sacs aren't being removed

It always amazes me how many of these pockets can be found on a single body... Its gotta be painful.
Oh my goodness! Cannot believe how many she has! She must have been in pain. Hope we see more!!!

I know you dont mean it like this but when I first read your comment it was like you were saying "she must have been in pain, yes! I hope to see more pain!" XD
Poor person with all those steatocycomas in clumps and on top of the next one. Just think they all are going to come back since they aren't removing the sacs. I wish this person the best.

I remember reading someone who follows this channel and is able to translate the circumstances. The clients often go in just to relieve the lumps and pain they may cause. Cost(dermatologist) vs relief (skin spa).

This type of sac is so thin th body absorbs it, If this isn't steatocystoma multiplex, then in that case whether the sac were removed or not, they'd come back regardless.
Brovo! First one i have seen that tries to get it all out before moving to the next one!!! This one earned there money!!
This patient was supposed to do this in a dermatologist clinic 😢

This is Vietnam. Access to physicians is very limited and most people cannot afford it.
These are my favorite to watch be popped, but l felt like this was faster than normal and potentially more painful - especially the pinching. 🥺🥺🥺
But without removing the sac aren’t they endanger if coming back and with scar tissue?

I watched Mr Popzit (Greg Lynch dermatologist) do these and he said he gets the sac out the big ones but smaller ones he just drains as they can come back whether the sac is removed or not, removing them just makes recurrence less likely but leaves scars.
No matter how many times you wipe it, that isn't what stops bleeding...
Excellent thank you 🌸💐🌸
This shouldn’t be done by a spa lady, these people need to see a DOCTOR for these problems, I sure hope that arm was completely wrapped after this “treatment” 🙄🙄
