Paraphrased translation (kind of, they talked a lot lol): This is a young man who came with his mom to see Thuy. Thuy says in the beginning, your mom is going to watch, so don't worry/feel comfortable. Thuy mentions there's a lot of blackheads/zits and is concerned. She asks if his mom buys him face wash of any kind? His mom says she gets a lot, but he won't use any of it. The audio is garbled, but it sounds like his mom says his older sister buys them too. Thuy kindly says his mom is young, but she has such grown kids. (A compliment to how his mom looks young.) They talk briefly about what they're doing in the area and how this clinic isn't too far for them, then. As she extracts, Thuy tells the client to let her know if he needs a break and cheers him on. Throughout she makes comments about how much, deep, and hard the acne is, which the mom also comments. Thuy checks up on the client since he seems in pain, but is handling it well. She continues to cheer him on, encourages him to withstand the pain, and shows him how large some of the contents are. She wants to get as much out as possible, otherwise it will scar. She asks if he needs to take a break, and at first it seems he says yes, but with the encouragement of his mom, he says he can keep going for a bit. Thuy cheers him on. His mom mentions they previously had an appointment, but he wouldn't go. It was only later that his dad saw how bad his skin was getting and scolded him to go. Thuy tells him he is doing good, and not be too afraid of the pain, otherwise she can't continue and keeps cheering him on. Later his mom asks after these extractions, will they come back in a several days/near future? Thuy explains that he will need at least one more treatment. His mom says Thuy must not have time today to do it all. Thuy explains it isn't about how much time she has, but there's a large amount of extractions needed and many layers to the acne. She explains some medication and face wssh is needed, but specific ones won't come back after being extracted. Thuy mentions his skin is thick and the acne is dense and deep. His mom says his friends/other children around his age also have bad acne. Later his mom complains he won't use medication or face wash, and Thuy explains to him why he should do it, so his acne will be cleared. The video ends with Thuy saying, okay done on this side. I'm assuming they will continue another day or after he has a break.

This estechian is great al her job. I really enjoy watching her work. She is thorough and attentive. She doesn't do unnecessary damage to the skin. And she's a little bit neater than some others. She’s good, but she places her thumb on top instead of at the base, this stops the sebum and causes unnecessary bleeding.

Definitely had to work to get the super deep, dried out sebum from those big ones. Amazing to think what kind of scar they would have left if they had turned into pustules before she removed them.

Thank you for your persistence in removing stubborn acne. Some of it does not want to leave! Most techs just make one try and move on. You remove it, and the spot goes away. Kudos!
