Yea there's something about East Asian (Korean, Chinese and Japanese) cakes that look so cute! I think it's the way they decorate them with whipped cream and fresh fruit rather than just icing like we do in the West

How can every single cake look so perfect?

I am searching for Korean cakeshops to see some more behind the scenes just to relax myself. I love this great video with all these delicious cakes!

Massive RESPECT 🙏 to anyone who can cook and decorate such a delicious, stunning cake from scratch--I can barely make brownies from a box! If nothing else, one day I'll visit Korea just to splurge at the cafes 😁🍰🎂🥮.

I would love to know how to bake like this. All of them look so good and perfect it must take alot of practice to get everyone the same everytime

Looks delicious! Especially that blueberry one! I'm just curious why they use bundt pans for the cakes instead of plain round pans without the hole in the middle? It doesn't seem like they need the hole for any of the decoration or anything, you can still layer and make the same cake, just without a hole in the middle. Interesting nonetheless.

I think it may be to bake the cakes faster since they have to bake a lot of cakes. Not only does it bake faster, but they also use fewer ingredients.

My mum baked her "chiffon" cakes in these pans. She told me the cakes were very light and needed to cling to the extra sides to rise better. Without the hole in the middle they would be heavier and denser.

@@haqisipro4076 are you kidding? This is some serious prep that needs to be done. It'll take a couple hrs just to chill the cake before working on it. Besides, souffle cakes are really sensitive to temperature. The shrinkage is real.
