No disrespect towards anyone else's cultural ways of making cakes. Also, I am born and raised in the USA NYS so, I can honestly say the following: Korean, Chinese, and Japanese bakers and cooks know how to do their thing. Love their pastries and food. The pastries are lighter and fluffier than even Valencia. Their authentic food they'd eat themselves daily are lighter and a sense of healthier eating than most.

You mean healthier than in the US. That's for sure! I am French, and a lot of cakes you'll find in Korea and in Japan are inspired by French cakes. In most countries, pastries are lighter and fluffier than in the US.

@@ailina63 No worries. I know Korean history and other history enough to know where they've got the skill from. Yet, they've gone far and beyond creating tastier foods and drinks.

I'd like to order 10 of each because they all look delicious and they are made in a very clean environment.
The Kim bakery on the third one...I noticed they use golden sugar. It's just now around here in the US and I have to admit, there's a difference in it and the white to the point I prefer the golden. It makes a big difference.

Wow the amount of time and effort in these cakes. They look so amazing. Light and fluffy cakes. The amount of fruit packed in the first half was phenomenal, we don't get that much fruit in one cake here in the UK! Their presentation with added stickers, flowers, bows etc first class!! X

Молодцы корейцы! 👏Я вам просто аплодирую, стоя! Это как надо любить свой народ, чтобы делать такую вкусную продукцию, к тому же очень доступную, потому что производят очень много! А у нас бы поставили на прилавок два три штуки, а люди просто не смогли бы купить от дороговизны, недоступной многим

Ты вообще в Корее то была? «Доступно»... кг бананов стоит 250 руб... кг яблок - 500 руб... такой тортик около 5 тыс.руб... ни один работник этого производства своей семье такой тортик не позволит. Лишь бы плакаться и на страну свою поносить. Противно от таких, как ты. Иди и пеки - красиво, вкусно и отдавай за себестоимость. Полоумное существо.
