When I am down as well I tend to chase a counterfeit what ever it be sleep, over eating, or just fleshy desires. Instead of chasing a counterfeit I need to turn to Jesus because truly only HE can sustain and satisfy me beyond any measure ❤

wow wow wow , I never thought of the inverse "BLESSED ARE THOSE WHO ARE NOT SATISFIED AS THEY WILL HUNGER AND SEARCH FOR RIGHTOUSNESS , I always thought there was more to this life when i didnt know God i was like this cant be it and that hunger led me directly to God.

Amen! I have been living "righteously" but my heart has been longing for wicked things and I have just allowed it. I thought of this as temptation, but Jesus redeemed our hearts and has given us a way to change our desires. If I desire what is right, I am desiring the will of God and the will of God will always come to be. I will be filled and the wicked parts of me that remain, will be empty until they are starved or burned up by the refining fire of God. I need Jesus to help me change my heart to long for His will. Only then will I be satisfied. Amen!

Was about to have a panic attack because I missed out on an opportunity for school because I did not wake up. I had no idea how dissatisfied I was. I knew to just talk to God and he would make things simple it is insanely hard to stop me from thinking and the anxiety I hold won’t let me sleep. Thanks for this message I know God is with me.

I went though the truth+grace=peacemaker situation last week & I just came across that video two days ago & I was blown away cause everything you said I literally went through on the job not want to telling someone the truth but for the sake of the peace of Christ, then in this video yesterday I was praying about not being satisfied & I was telling Lord I was not satisfied with the life I was living, the things that I have done, etc. my point is I’m thankful cause I feel led to these videos & I don’t watch them all the time (that’s probably bout to change soon😂) but if investigators don’t believe in coincidences then As a man following Christ why should I yk ? The timing of this you guys! Clutched up Alex: Where I have been longing for wrong is in the relationship passions of life. I’ve been going strong being abstinent but I long to be touched, missing the satisfaction of sex, knowing it’s a temporary thing. I ask God to satisfy me and strengthen me to not fall to the desires of the flesh, and to be satisfied in Him and His word!

I remember you talking about music and you having to give up listening to songs as they weren’t for God. Buuuut i found an artist called “ hulvey” that raps/sings about christ ( eg: theirs a song called beautiful by him) the beat is so good and the lyrics are for God Definitely give it a listen! Also i love how God is working in your family’s life and you both are able to bring others closer to Him
Read kjv all other translations seem sus. It’s not a sin to read others but just know that kjv differs from most others Look at John 3:36 kjv vs other versions
