But we do. Take the daddy issues away, and it's all good. But it's our job to sort the mess out, no matter how hard it is and no matter how much we suffered. They throw us the 'shyt,' and we have to sort it out years on afterwards. The victimization or obliviousness will only drag us further down and down.

I'm simply making it perfectly clear that healthcare, if we like to consider ourselves civilised people, must be free and public, funded through taxation, and provided to all. The fact that you work for the NHS is utterly irrelevant and so is the treatment for a panic attack. I'm arguing on principle here and you're attempting to support your neoliberal agenda. Fair enough, though. If you want to talk on those terms, how do you like the idea of having to pay for paramedics while you're having a heart attack, to pay to hold your baby after they're born or knowing that should you go on chemo for treatment you'll probably have to be paying off the loan for the following ten years on end? How do you like the idea that should someone be wounded or injured, they cannot receive treatment unless insured? The advantages of a public healthcare system far outweigh the inconvenience of having to treat someone who's "worried well."

I felt her pain and embarrassed as panic attacks are extremely awful .

500$ for a simple check up? Me sending letters of love with flowers and chocolate to the NHS now. I've been to the hospital in the past month 5 times. I didn't pay for NADA. Had the best treatment in a very good eye hospital (Moorefields) here in London with specialists making me feel I was their ONLY patient of the day. America, you're getting screwed. Vote Bernie next time.

So she freaked out because she was in a new place by herself? I feel that. And I totally feel that she feels alone at that time. I feel that so much today being a 22 year old queer male.
