well. if itachi used the 100% susano'o, still be close (let's say 2.400.000 at least) now goin serious be stronger, since vs kabuto he retained so he could use the izanami on him. that full susano'o itachi fighting for serious be at least 4.000.000 strong. if he had the rinnegan, then would be twice powerfull.

If your not using your strongest techniques and fighting with your skills slowly, your not “holding back”, and of course irl there is a difference from going all out and not trying/trying to kill someone, it’s a different case for Naruto though. I feel bad for Itachi. He was holding back just so he could die.
