Meri mom humesha aise hi karte hain. Is technique / method se makhan, chaachh / lassi. Aur isi makhan se ghee bana lijiye. Gas bhi bachegi aur chhidi bahut kam nikalti hai wo bahut achhi baat hai ( 3 in 1 ). Pital ki heavy base kadhai use kijiye. Methi dana ni daalte iska kya kaaran hai aur usse kya hoga ?

Nhi asa kuch nhi mlai m jitni takat h jitna ghee h wo kse bhi nikalo niklega...or sidha mlai se mehnat b kam hoti h or saf suthra ghee niklta h

Hi,thnku very much..I tried but when I mix water in jar along with malai,it is not separating butter n water ,water totally gets mixed with malai n when heated it takes .more time to make ghee in this case.
