Hello, Your concepts of homes are beautiful. I feel in love with your style of houses at least with the Saratoga Tuscan. The music really allowed me to be dazzled by your structure. I plan on furthering my career as an engineer. However, my strongest points are the new programs that are out for developing medical and architectural concepts. May you provide some guidance for architectural blueprints and contracting. I am interested in designing a few homes. Many of them are $80-90K while some fictitious designs I believe can go for $100-750K I thought I would be able to design a few concepts and let a few realtors and contractors decided if they like them. Due to me trying to go to school for medical engineering, I am afraid that I will not have time to learn about building a home and learning how to care for it. So I figured why not try to work on some concepts and let's hope individuals like you can provide pointers for people like me. Thank You
