When I see alot of these big houses they look like moseleums cold an uninviting just big. But this one is stunning it's warm and inviting. It looks as if people could actually feel at home in this house. Not like alot of the others. It's just beautiful

I love your comments and completely agree about the LEGACY aspect of this property. I’m an Albertan and I’m blown away at how much of this house not only matches my specific tastes but it screams LEGACY PROPERTY to those who can truly appreciate its unique beauty and elegance. I would absolutely look at this property as a legacy property given its private location and access to a great piece of waterfront! I would want to refresh the beautiful stone work and fortify the structure against insect nests, squirrel or mice intrusions. The boat/guest house would get a facelift but one in keeping with the charm and taste laid out throughout the larger property. The landscape work throughout the property is extraordinary as well. I would want to ensure that continues. Can’t say enough about this incredible piece of real estate!! ❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

When I watched this video I peg this house in at around 20 million as Living in this area I know what the prices are like. I could never afford and or be able to maintain a home like this but I was surprised to see the listing below 14 million. it must cost over 100,000.00 a year to maintain. This is truly the best video for real-estate I have seen to date. Well done to the producers and directors of this video. The filming was spot on.

I can see in the details of the plaster mouldings, at the standard mid-height ceiling and the open plan concept in some areas that this is a modern house. However, I must say this one is really well made, and more, surprisingly well decorated with an English classic style that it’s not too dated, neither too boringly trendy, but just suits perfectly with the roots of the house on it’s traditional profile.

The dining room w the mauve chairs💟💟💟💟💟💟 Yes Please the property and the house🎉 can you imagine that dark wood panel office in the winter w the fire on… and I usually totally dislike dark rooms but this one is impressive. Love the wrought iron. Love the chandeliers. Love the cream theme throughout. Love the light ornate rugs. Love the arched windows. I never thought I would find a house I like as much as my own. This place is a WOW.

I just bumped into this video by accident but wow am I glad I took the time to watch the whole thing. This house is stunning and I could actually see myself living there. But, more importantly, it was the video itself that sold the property to me. Especially the mini movie in the media room. That was extremely clever. As a designer who typically favors more contemporary spaces, I can honestly say they knocked it out of the park to such a level that I’m sad I don’t have $15M to buy this home. This is a DIFFICULT style to do right. Many Americans end up in the French-inspired monied hooker interior design territory. This house is clearly the product of a team of designers who all work in perfect harmony. I hope whomever buys this home treats it with the same love and care that was put into its creation.

Wow now that’s how you sell a house, wow, fabulous, the only thing it didnt have is spiral staircase that goes up stairs. Love how you feature the property great job. If I had the money I’d buy it out in the country on the lake that house had it all❤

This is what I crave in an estate. The long winding driveway to the property covered with tall trees, a lake/sea view, neoclassical architectural design (leaning more towards the classical - Kinross House Estate-esque), functional, old world furniture, and a bit of history. Someday. (sigh)

Absolutely gorgeous! Only a big family (or Bruce Wayne) truly enjoy this home. I’d be scared to even go to kitchen for a midnight snack by myself 😳😂
