It's always thrilling when Theo breaks something while looking straight at the entrepreneur.

If anything the fact that the tray breaks leaves room for repeat customers. Never saw someone break there iphone screen and went 'guess I'll never buy an Iphone anymore'

The ammount of force that tray would of had on it after doing a spin. I mean I could understand if it was meant to be used like that but for a general tray its not meant to be full force smashed into the ground and not expect the plastic to break.

Theo does make a good point, if you watch the video and Theo's swing again, he drops it from waist height with a glass on it. Yes it had a bit of momentum but for a tray to split in half from one drop at that height is still pretty flimsy considering If your familiar with working in a bar etc you could potentially have 6 or 8 pint glasses on the tray that will put alot of weight on it when it drops. They aren't going to want to replace trays along with glasses

I don't blame Theo here, I blame Robert. If Robert didn't show them his swinging trick in the pitch, the dragon's wouldn't have done it, and the drop/break wouldn't have happened. Show off the product on merits, not flashy tricks.
