My fiancé and I created our own version of this with a plastic dog crate tray and we bought a patch of sod every two weeks when we were housetraining our puppy before he got his shots (and we were also on third floor). A lot less expensive than what these companies charge!

I love Peter 😂 “ it’s grass on a tray
So basically she has just given anyone who watches this, the idea of buying a square of turf and putting it in a tray. And no need to buy this product at all.
6:33 Touker: "But, to a dog, whether it's synthetic or real grass, do you think that'll make a difference?" Deborah: "They've got millions of sensors in their noses. Course they can tell the difference!" That's not what he asked. He asked if they care, not if they can tell.
"Absolutely NOT" That was cold!
A square foot of sod is around 60 to 80 cents and a pan to hold it is around five bucks.
I knew debra would love something like this immidiately but touka just listens to the other dragons and goes with it xD

I don't know what's happened to the product, but based on this pitch alone I'm completely with Peter!
