@Carlos Santana The music of Carlos and the Santana band has sustained me since I was in the military and Vietnam, 1969. Seems like the music has been the soundtrack of my life. Treat, Savor, Jingo, Samba, seAcabo, I've used them all as passwords over the years. It was like how I knew who I was.

This is the first time I believe he has performed Black Magic Woman with a woman singing the vocals. And I could not think of a woman more fitting of that honor. Alicia rocks!

Well, maybe they did it again in 2011 and it sounded good, but, and I LOVE Alicia Keys, she did a terrible job here in 2005.

Fantastic!!! When people talk about underrated I always think of him and his old band. The best performances that I have ever seen, by far, have been by him and his band and now Alicia has jumped in the wagon too. She is great.

I used to have the Abraxas album in Quad 8 Track. It was the ultimate mix of Quadraphonic and beautiful music. The mix was so that the instruments floated around all four speakers,, beautiful man beautiful. Thank you Carlos and band.

I used to install car stereos in 1975. I can remember when we got the latest and greatest Quad 8 Track deck to sell. You're right, Abraxas was 'the' album for channel dispersion/rotation. As long as my customer heard the demo, it was a simple sale. And of course, if I perceived the odor of cannabis, I could sell them anything.

Oh my. My Dad had that on his boat and would play it everytime we went out. Great memories. My love for Santana was sparked then. Early 70's. I was very blessed to see Santana and Eric Clapton perform in Knoxville TN in the 70's as well. That remains my favorite concert still. Big fan of Mike Shrieves after seeing Santana play at Woodstock. (The movie, I was a bit too young to actually attend).

My Dad had a Quad player in the house and car, this song was the best on that and like you said, the mix just floating between all 4 speakers was awesome

My late and great husband turned me on to Carlos Santana in the 70s and WOW is all I can say. This is MY All Time Great Guitar Player (nor Eric Clapton and I love Eric). LOVE Alicia Keys and Carlos Santos. Fantastic TALENT.
