    I know it sounds strange, but it's actually quite tasty. Not like horchata. It's more a neutral custard flavor. Smooth, creamy and sweet. The outside has a slight crunch, but the inside is exactly like a smooth, warm custard.

    One of the reasons we got that is that the tomatoes in Spain are so much better than what we can get over here. So, you can make it at home with heirloom tomatoes, but it really won't be as good unless you try it in Spain.
