One Bay Area city's attempt to sort out the homeless encampment problem is drawing a lot of attention; not all of it is complimentary. Encampments could actually take up a lot more space.

That has got to be THE dumbest "solution" I have ever heard. Beyond absurd.
Each homeless camper is allowed a 10 by 10 space. Next year they will be allowed a homestead. If they occupy that space for at least 1 year, they will own that space. The next year after that, they will be allowed barbecue grills as their kitchen. The year after that, they will be allowed buckets to poop in.
Nomadic Nation Platform To Assist Humanity Going Forward
What’s crazy is I’ve been working in San Rafael for the past couple months and didn’t even know they had homeless encampments or people, compared to other cities where you can easily see homeless people.
There is safety numbers. Homeless people should not have to worry about rape on top of all the other misery. I heard we have disabled homeless too. They need portable showers too. They need charging stations too. It's so obvious homelessness is America's number one problem.
Camping on federal forest land is the only solution.
campers????!!!!!!
Do you think homeless Americans care of more rules and laws. First Rule of Nature: Shit when you have to.
Who cares? What about quality of life of tax paying citizens? Woke crazy town
Hobos don’t carry tape measures so …….
