On this week’s adventure, we’re taking you on a ferry ride to the beautiful San Juan Island in the Pacific Northwest. The ferry ride to the island itself is beautiful, but the island is even more gorgeous. We photograph “Killer” Orca Whales at Lime Kiln lighthouse, acres of Sculpture Garden, and even a fabulous all-vegan café and wine bar… so many things to see and do!

We really lucked out. We later found out that it's not that common to see them go by anymore.
How much time would you recommend spending in Friday harbor, we are booked for 3 nights, is that too long?
did you guys purchase your ferry tickets ahead of time?
0 views first LIKE lucky me ☺️We Icelandic people would not like the long traffic line, we get extremely grumpy if we are stop in traffic for 10 minutes or more and if there is accidents we 🤬! Anyway I love that you can take your pet on a boat or a ferry!! One thing that scared me was the harbor hold up by wood, most of our are made up from big rocks, other stuff and concrete over it if not it would say good bye when we get our lovely windstorms in the winter 💨🤣

YAY for being first and for leaving a comment. Thank you. I've learned to just go with the flow and not allow situations to get the best of me. Besides, the view was spectacular and I had great company :-). Glad we don't have the kind of windstorm you mentioned. That sounds a bit scary!

RV Adventures With Pets Windstorms in Iceland are scary!! We still have summer but the weather news for this weekend for part of the country is Don’t travel in a R.V or have a trailer on the road!

Frida B wow!!! That’s some serious and specific advisory. Glad I’m still in 70-80 degree weather with occasional light rain. It feels quite heavenly.
You guys are such positive and beautiful people! I love watching your videos! They are so well edited, the scenery, music, everything. I love how positive you are and it really shows through your videos! You have beautiful smiles! You deserve more views! Living in an RV for a few years is my dream!

@@kevinroth9706 being from Montana I totally understand this, my girlfriend is obsessed with orcas, we’ve booked a trip just for a few days there. I don’t want to have to say sorry for coming to your part of the world, but I get it. What is somethings that don’t “gag” you locals that you do recommend people do? I get that tourism is invasive on your local lifestyle but, that’s also one of the trade offs of living someplace so special (just like us in Montana) it sucks for rising prices to be a local, but the money added to the community helps bring dollars that can circulate between local businesses and residents.
This is the worst type of thing to be posting right now. We DO NOT need all the extra people coming here during this quarantine...STAY HOME!!
