They also said that about Jimmy even after over throwing a 55 yard pass. There’s arm strength, which I think most NFL QB has. Then there is zip and arm talent. Jimmy had some zip on his passes. While guys like Lance has a howitzer for an arm but lacks in many other things. I think people are too optimistic about Purdy. He was the last pick of the draft for a reason. He didn’t overwhelm secondaries last year and struggled against good defenses like Dallas. He had 4 INTs but it should have been 7-8. He’s better than Lance, but I also don’t think he’s better than Jimmy. This offense will struggle this season with teams having enough tape on Purdy. Everyone is saying Super Bowl but I’m sensing a 8-9 season and missing the playoffs.
