The iPhone 13 Pro max has really impressed me in terms of battery life. I don't think there was a single day that it died in the 4 months of me using it, and I consider myself quite the power user. Compared to my previous iPhone 11 which barely made it through the day with light usage, it's miles better. Also finally getting 120hz on my phone is also a very welcomed change. It's definitely quite a solid upgrade over the 11 and earlier and apple definitely stepped their game up on every single aspect on this phone. Can't really complain about any part of it.

They got really conservative after Steve Jobs died and since then they are waiting and giving more time into integrating and do it to last... So Samsung will need to catch up in the battery department, where they probably won't be able to improve much, considering Android is Java based and is very heavy, while Apple needs to catch up in customization and feature deparment, which they can easiliy do as it depends entirely on them... The thing is with my note 10 plus I've been able to significantly improve battery life on it by turning off the smallest things like air action functionality, NFC, turning off adaptive brightness, AOD on Tap, reducing vibrations on keyboard and the like or completely removing them when unnecessary, and I'll say I went from 6hrs on screen ( 10:30 total time) to 7:50 on screen (14+ hrs total time) Ofc with the s22 ultra I doubt it would beat the iPhone no matter what you did to it but you would definitely beat the s21 ultra considering that doesn't have an s pen inside

Great channel 🤗 How about testing the reliability of replacement batteries with respect to their actual capacities compared to the nominal ones? I bought a replacement battery on Aliexpress for my Huawei Honor phone's 2 year old battery ( 3000 mAh) with a nominal capacity of 4800 mAh in the naive hope of seeing at least some improvement, but after performing several hours of a looped video test with fully charged batteries, it turned out that this new battery was only marginally better ( less than 10 % !) than the two year old semiwarn battery? Is this normal for such unofficial replacement batteries? Which battery brands are ok / reasonably good, and which should be avoided? Are there any official tests for these replacement batteries that can be trusted? Thank you 😉

The iPhone 13 Pro Max's battery endurance is not a surprise. He did a battery test with it back in 2021, and the 13 Pro Max was the best out of every single iPhone he put it against, with 9 hours and 52 minutes of battery life with a bunch of social media and camera usage, beating the 13 Pro by an hour or so. This also proves that this test is not as draining for the phones compared to the one where he did it with many iPhones, because the 13 Pro Max scored about half an hour longer than it did in the other test. So, suppose I get an iPhone 13 Pro Max. In that case, I should not need to worry about the battery because of how much endurance it has despite having the least battery capacity of all Androids on the table, at about 4352 mAh, compared to the 5000 or even 6000 mAh Androids have. This also clearly shows how much work Apple put into making their chips more battery-efficient. This time, they made the A15 Bionic crazily battery-efficient, seeing that it has only 4352 mAh of battery capacity but managing to beat every other phone on the table.
