I agree, I didn't like Samsung phones for years but this is really interesting. New screen, toned down touch wiz, and NEW FEATURES THAT ARE ACTUALLY USEFULLY. Samsung stepped games up in a big way. Sorry for the ones that needed the micro sim slot and removeable battery, but maybe it will come in the s6 active

Young_Hov I am just about there myself. I have had almost every device from both carriers but I downsized to one device when the HTC One M7 was released. I didn't think that I would be going back to Samsung after using and loving my M7 for 2 years but the S6 Edge just might be my next device

This year yea, but other years HTC has beaten Samsung, especially in software and design

I can't deny it, but Samsung has finally did it. They made a device that has peaked my interest. The S6 Edge is a damn good phone, that theme @13:20 actually made Touchwiz look nice when he pulled down the notification shade; Touchwiz is I thought I would never say this lag free. Samsung currently holds the crown for 2015 with the S6 Edge. Great review *****

Wooo smart stay and palm swipe capture are still there! Those are my favourite features and I was worried they got axed. Definitely looking forward to buying this phone now.

MegaFit3 Hakkis64 -When I went to Best Buy to see it, more people waiting to use the new Edge. But I just read they put in orders for more. I think the new Edge is going to do better than the s6. I like the feel of the Edge more than the other one. Very comfortable.

Screen protectors no longer necessary. That's why you only see less intelligent people using them. Makes the phone look really tacky IMO.

No battery is quite decent it lasts the day depending on how much you use but what people dont realize is even if you do need to charge the phone its lightening quick charge. Amazing phone with good battery with quicker battery charge than most phones if not all phones plus wireless charge capability ;)

I'm definitely getting the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. I was undecided at first but it truly impressed me when I used it at a T-Mobile store. Not to mention watching this great and honest review.

Awesome video! Definitely made me rethink about getting the edge vs the flat screen version

Jaceri2K Top 10 you can keep a phone for up to 2.5 years and it will still be an up to date phone, but if you really want to get a new one, you can have it, its perfectly ok. I think the best phone on the market at the momment is the s6 edge, but you can wait for the g4 or for the note 5, as the g3 and note 4 were the best when they came out

I have the lg G3 as well. If u don't mind off screen buttons and samsung's skinned software then it is a great choice. But if u do mind, wait for the lg G4, because rumors say that it may have a 3-4k display.

Awesome review! I have an iPhone 5s and have my upgrade due and I'm really impressed with the S6 edge! Even more so after using one. Just debating whether it's worth waiting to see what Apple has to bring this year because I wasn't really impressed with the iPhone 6 at all

Ryan Origin Yeah it's costly but totally worth it because the Galaxy S6 Edge is the best designed smartphone by a long shot (better than the iPhone 6) and is the most technologically advanced smartphone. I'm coming from the iPhone 5s and bought the Galaxy S6 Edge. 100% worth it.

Great review. I just preordered the 128GB version of the S6 Edge. I'm coming from the LG G3. I've had issues with the G3 on Verizon. Since I know I'll be asked, the G3 does not give metadata when streaming via Bluetooth in the car, the screen has to be turned to full brightness when in sunlight which causes excessive battery drain. The G3's screen is not even as bright as the S6. I can't wait to receive my new S6.

Hahahaha I loved the whole batman/matrix sound theme going on in the background :D next time add more dramatic/cinematic shots of the phone to complement the sound. And also standing up and speaking helps improve the quality of the video as well and keeps the viewer interested. Move around a little maybe? I'm saying all this because I know what you've been trying to do :D and I love your enthusiasm! I just want to help. Loved the review! Take inspiration from Top Gear! Do what they do but make it your own and you'll be golden! You're almost there :D PEACE!

The Edge is really cool & unique, but watching this review made me realise that I prolly won't get much use out of it. This S6 edge curve screen really Top, and this style definitely here to stay for sure!

I had the note 3 and nexus 6 and I told myself I would never go back to a smaller screen. I used the m9 for two weeks and ended up selling it. Now I'm picking up the s6 edge tomorrow and I can't wait. I'm actually stoke. Even if it is a smaller screen size!

One thing I appreciate about the S6 is that it didn't make the screen larger. If they kept enlarging the screen like the other flagships, everyone would have tablets in their hands by 2017!

Great view. I don't know the quality of the battery they using now but in the past Samsung Battery tend to swell pretty quickly and performance drop significantly in a year hopefully they fixed this.

Really love the edge!! How much storage space is utilized by the OS? This will determine if I should step up to the 64G.
