I recently updated my galaxy s5 and I get a lot of lagg between the apps and it gets stuck a lot, I've got t mobile in the US, if I do this, it will be like new, but... would I have to go to t mobile for them to put my number on the phone and activate the data plan? or that doesn't get reseted? answer please asap !

Samsung comes and goes anytime I switch it on . And it's not able to lead to the process when I press the switch with the volume up and home key. help me dude

This doesnt work if you forgot your password to your phone, and can only get in via fingerprint. It asks you for your password before erasing

HardlyLucky Download a program called Samsung Kies 3 for your PC. You can back up almost everything there. Factory reset your phone and reload all of your data using Samsung Kies 3
