Please tell me if anyone can help me with this. as well as 2:45 my s5 keep showing that pop-up and it stopped recogonizing my sd card (yes it works in all of ny other devices, including my pc and my tab 10.1) Do I need to hard reset it?

I did the second thing and mine blinked then a blue button was lighting up no screen came up for password or anything like that

John Chege Did you back up your info before reset?

I though I had lost the phone as well as it froze on the boot screen after doing a clear cache and a factory reset. Very odd trick, remove the battery, hold power for 30 seconds, put battery back in and boot again.

Your contacts will be removed from the device. This said login to your Google account before factory reseting and be sure your contacts are all backed up to your account. All of your contacts should be backed up to your Google account by default.

Doing the factory reset all you need to do is backup all information ( contacts, music, pictures, and apps - backup apps on sd card ). So all you do is make sure that everything is backed up by default, and continue the process, and what if the music files aren't backed up how does that work.

My brother deleted a system and it will turn on but won't load the main screen just stays on Samsung

I had high hopes when I saw your video, but unfortunately mine still not working. I tried several times to do the "web partisan cashes" it keep saying error then finally I went with the "factory reset" still no luck. I am very upset with my Android phone. I had my iPhone 4 for a good 4 years before started acting up. Now I am still using my old iPhone 4 till I decide what kind of phone I should buy next. I only had my Samsung s5 for only 2 freaking years and all that money went wasted. I was hoping to use it for a good 4 to 5 years before I get another one.

hii i need your help. i bought galaxy s5 used from this germany online company www.handy-wie-neu.de/ the phone came with micro usb cable ver.2 instead of ver.3. i never have a s5 (so far i have only used s3 before), so i can't tell what is fake and what is real. i just feel the texture of the phone is so rough.. not as fine as my S3. and the program inside is just not as refine as my s3.. gave me a feeling it is a fake phone. i tried a factory reset so that there is not trojan or anything inside .. i found out the factory reset page is just not as my s3 phone.. and the start up samsung logo is just not same as the one shown in youtube. all these just gave me gut feeling this is fake phone. how i did a factory reset, and the phone just stuck at the 2nd samsung logo ( 1st samsung logo is exactly like in this video kzread.info/dash/bejne/doyqqsaIetHQgs4.html at 0:18 to 0:20) until my only 30% battery died. the phone both side at back and screen feels very very warm to be touch. what can i do .. how to solve the problem ? thanks. andrew
