Most important tip. What I did was connect the phone to the pc while the phone was on, and I allowed the pc to access the phone's files then did exactly what the guy did in the video, worked like a charm.

Hello! I have gott a Samsung Galaxy A52. The reason why i wanted to Factory Reset my Galaxy A52 is there is a Homepage installed och my Bookmarks, which i haven't been able to remove. I have tried to remove it many times without success. I have applied the same way as you are showing (Factory Reset), but that Homepage, which is called "Telekom Hu" is still on my Bookmarks. Is there any way i can remove that annoying homepage? Thank You!

Tried loads and still not working? Help!!

You have to have the loading cable connected they changed that. This is the first video that did work for me. The timings are very specific and important. This video is 100% legit.

@@meako117 i havent tried it but I read somewhere due to the recent update not sure if it was samsung or google update that changed on how to hard reset the a52, you need to connect your device with PC or laptop and do the same process of hard reset, its jst need to be connected first with a laptop or pc. I havent tried it because I have no pc or laptop to this moment.
