Great video! I purchased the GB2 Pro 360 from Best Buy in December 2022 for $999. I LOVE everything about this laptop except the speakers. But the Dolby Atmos setting makes a big difference in the sound. I don't really have too much of a problem with the glare because I don't normally use it outside my home. Even though mine only has a 15.6, 1920 x 1080 screen, Samsung does screens sooo good, it still looks great. And I definitely love how light weight it is! It's perfect for me.

what did you change the settings to?

I was able to snag mine for 1450 from Bestbuy open box, coming from a 2022 XPS I like this much more. The XPS had an a few bugs and significantly better speakers. The Samsung screen and keyboard are definitely better and so is the battery life. Imo, definitely good upgrade.

How did you improve the battery life? I just got the book 3 pro, and from my use it only lasted 4hrs my first charge.

@@holderproduction6968 make sure you adjust the battery settings in the windows settings AND the Samsung settings (found on the settings icon on the function bar). It's convoluted but it works 🤷

The spot to put the S-pen is the very top behind the screen. Its not the strongest magnet but honestly it does its job. I have the first gen pro 360 and thanks to this i haven't lost my pen

Man, I just got this laptop from best buy $650 off on a week long clearance sale to make room for the book4 inventory, then a $850 discount for open box on top... I paid $450 for a perfect condition Book3 Pro 360, although I did have to buy a S-Pen and Charger because it was not with the open box. I am in love with it. Came from a 16" MacBook Pro 2019 with 32GB Ram i9 Processor and a AMD GPU. Decent downgrade in power however I got it to better suit my needs as a college student. Outside of productivity power use, I use Ableton a music production software which runes okay on this laptop, league of legends, 2nd monitor, coding, and some design software. This thing is a beast, but i am curious to test your experience in DaVinci video editing at some points soon. I use my S24 to shoot 4k short film videos and hope I get to have smooth workflow with that. Any suggestions for College note taking apps that the S-Pen works with?

I was close to getting this one, the $1200 model off Samsung's official site just because it's essentially an iPad/mac book air all in one..but obviously not quite, lol. I ended up getting the Macbook Air M1 to save some money + I already have the iPad Pro 12.9. I think I'll stick to PC/Windows in regards to gaming but I just love doing productivity and drawing/creative work on the mac more. If I didn't get the iPad, I would probably pick the Galaxy Book 3 360 up.

Thanks for the video, it was realy helpful in soldering that I am going to go back to the Laptop Experience next year. I am currently using a Monitor, S8 Tab Ultra with samsung Keyboard ( On the go) and S22 Ultra phone, however I have some restrictions with the keyboard for the S8 Ultra. I am going to see what Samsung bring out next year or go for the Book 3 Ultra or this model, it looks great for what I need it for.

how do you recharge the pen?

You can either have Anti-Glare or you can have an unrestricted beautiful display. Trust me bro with the very same screen with Anti-Glare it restricts and compromises the visual quality A LOT! I have an Anti-Glare, and I know realize that the Glossy display Screen would have been better. ‼

Hey RichMe! Im recently switched from iPhone to an S23 Ultra and I have a MacBook Pro 16. Im considering switching full ecosystems over to Samsung, but Im a full time touchpad user on my macbook. Would you consider the touchpad on the galaxy book decent enough to compete with the macbook touchpads? Ive watched a ton of reviews on this laptop but there doesnt seem to be any in depth review on it. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I still think Apple has a one of the greatest touchpads on their laptops, if you do switch completely, I personally would miss the difference. The Book 3 has some flex on the pad, and like I said, only registers clicks within the bottom half of the pad so it would take some getting used too in my opinion.

The difference between this and the previous Book 2 pro 360, with the i7 16GB RAM as well, is 400 bucks in my country. Is the Book 3 pro 360 worth the extra 400 bucks or would it be better to get the Book 2 pro 360?

I just bought this laptop a few days ago. It's great except every time I plug in my logitech webcam it shuts down the output sound. I can't figure out how to get around this.

Was it good for coding

I have to use a 3d modeling program called Maya and Adobe substance painter to paint and texture the model for my gaming classes. Im guessing if the laptop can run that game pretty good, Then it should be able to run these programs just fine right?

Thanks for the video. I think it should have had an arrangement for keeping the Pencil inside the body of the Laptop like the Fujitsu 2-in-1 Laptop, or like Samsung Galaxy Note Pro has an arrangement to keep the pen inside it ‼ It should have also had a dedicated Graphics Card. ‼

It does have a dedi gpu, it is called book3 ultra, it comes with rtx 4050 or 4070. But it would kick your price 500 dollars more.

Btw are there any owners of this laptop that has facial recognition ( Windows Hello) to work. I would like to unlock my laptop using the camera but for some reason when I go to turn this option on, I get a message saying the camera is not compatible. So now I'm wondering if the laptop camera doesn't meet the criteria for windows hello or maybe there are steps to get this to work?

This model comes with 16 GB RAM only and it is also non expandable ! But it has 2 hard disk model ,500 GB and 1TB

I hate this trend of having the stylus loosely connected to a device with magnets, I want my stylus physically attached or preferably inside my device when not in use, they need to be able to be put into a bag without the stylus falling off, thats just bad design when it could so easily been fixed.

Pen doesn't need to charge with the laptop. It is the same pen as the Galaxy Tablets though so it will charge on a tablet for Bluetooth functions over there but it does not use Bluetooth with the laptop

will the screen get scratched by the pen?

No, it works smooth on it

I returned mine to Samsung due to it getting so hot I couldnt use it on my lap, the terrible battery life of 4-5 hours and the speakers sounding so quiet and tinny.

@@stevencurrall6944 also a lot of people don't know that you have to turn on Dolby Atmos on the Samsung settings. That make a night and day difference on the sound. I don't know why Samsung would ship these laptop with that toggle off but once you turn it on you can enjoy the sound on this laptop.

Yeah definitly. You cant be as much Productive as with the laptop. I sold my s8 ultra for this one and it is absolutly awesome. You have 1 inch bigger display, a windows ecosystem where you can be productive and so on

I got this today. The keyboard is not my favorite I will probably buy a wireless keyboard

I primarily intersted in the touch screen and pen, but, to be honest watching the reviews it feels like a downgrade from my macbook 16 pro with m1 pro. Besides there are really a lot of paid reviews and I'm not sure what to believe into.

This is really a terrible laptop, except for the screen, the screen is gorgeous. Performance is bad, the touch pad has latency (like, wtf?), it's noisy.. I returned it after one day and got the Asus ROG X13 2023 instead. It's like day and night. It's like comparing a Razer Blade 14 to a Chromebook. The X13 is really the best laptop to come out of 2023. :)
