hi sir, i m using whatsapp business app. i got a samsung A53 5g. When i go to whatsapp setting the popup notification is greyed out, if i try to tapon it i get the message "Popup notification are no longer available in your version of android" let me know how to fix?

I have just bought this phone, This is the worst purchase of my life they cheap tricks, features are enticing but don't purchase it before your research Con 1. It started heating the immediate day I bought 2. Camera is par 3. Despite being 120hz , I didn't feel the experience of it 4. I could experience mobile hang within a day of purchase 5. Much more to explore..
