Hi Samsung, In the remote there is no in display lighting. We cannot operate remote in the night time when the Bedroom lights are off. Remote buttons are also not visible at night time. Would have used radium glow lighting for buttons for hassle free remote usage at the night times. This is the biggest issue.

same issue to me also altough i have 2023 model but in that ac also no remote backlight is there

Samsung AC is a scam. i bought it in april. after it was installed it started showing an error and then it would shut down. After just 1 month of buying i had to continuously lodge complaints. The technician on 1st visit said that the connection was not done properly by the installation team. He then stopped the leakage. After 2 days the AC again started displaying the same error. The technician visited and opened outdoor unit and found that the pipes inside had a hole due to which the gas leaked. I mean wtf! First samsung sells a defective unit, then it takes 2 weeks to repair. Then again it takes 2 weeks to repair. Then it takes 2 weeks to send a new part for replacing inside the unit. They do not value customer, after sales service is shitty and customer care buffoons tell me that i should learn to operate the AC properly. c'mon man it's not rocket science to operate an AC. After 2 months of this tussle, my AC is not working and now i have to lodge complaint once again. I should have rather bought whirlpool/midea which are cheaper and reliable. Summer months are over and still i don't have my AC working, what use is this dumb box of yours if i had to use a cooler all summer.

I have a 1.5 ton 5 star ac, I want to fix it to work at 90% after every off/on unless i revert that to 100%. Can it be done? Or I will have to set that every time I turn it ON. If it can be done, how to do that?

@@SamsungIndia Totally trash!! Refund the money and take the AC. Not at all satisfied with the AC. Swing makes noise, too much sound from the fan, no back light in the display on the remort, most importantly after spending so much of money no smart settings and lot of complications!!

Just bought 1.5 ton 3 star variant and i will never recommend this ac to anyone else. Cooling at 120% doesn't get my room cooled even when I'm alone. My old voltas ac would do make the room cool in just 10 mins. Disappointed and totally irritated. Better to go for hitachi or some other brand

I am 100% the voltas ac u mentioned will be normal ac not the inverter version.. First know the working of ac than decide which type ac you want instead of crying after you bought

But cheated by seller no 4 way, no heat mode , on display light if i purchased 41k 1.5 ton 5 star I'm disappointed better to go LG AC if any one takes

Worst item

Never buy samsung ac. After sales service is pathetic. Compressor vibration noise from out door unit while using 5 convertible mode
