Red one has a very freestyle wrestling style and the blue one more judo style, this is why i love sambo.
I have been doing Sambo, BJJ, Judo and Catch for more than 40 years. Add them all up. Be happy.

combat sambo is better for mma because its the closest martial art to mma and especially if you want to become a great mma grappler because setting up takedowns with strikes and worrying about strikes only problem is combat sambo is only popular in eastern Europe good luck finding a combat sambo gym in the west thats not mma. if you where meaning sport sambo which is this video its basically a combination of freestyle wrestling + judo with a gi jacket

@@christophermorrison2626 I would love to try sambo. Does sports sambo do any sort of grappling also? iv seen other videos that they do some leg locks and so on but not so much here. is true sports sambo like a blend of freestyle wrestling + judo + BJJ?

@@valentino615 eh combat sambo involves all sorts of submissions but sports sambo only includes a couple and its more folkstyle wrestling based but try both bro
