Been watching it at least a couple of times a month for years now.....never gets old. My all time favorite fish video. She really cuts loose on this original song, gives me goose bumps every time.

This lady is one of the best blues guitarist I've ever heard.

Of all the live footage of Samantha Fish this is the cream of the crop. The guitar break is phenomenal. She don’t need no augmented band.

She's so cool, she makes me cry....

Wow. Awesome. Wicked and Cute too. I could watch this all day.

I discovered Samantha Fish about five years ago with this video. BLOWN AWAY. New, fresh, raucous, old school, this woman is the total package. Been a fan and a follower ever since, but I still come back to this vid because it is just freaking HOT. I don't think it's exaggerating to say that she is one of the best singer/songwriter/guitar players of this century. What amazes me the most is that she plays with the same intensity whether she's in front of 6 people or 6,000. Love you Samantha, mad respect!

Saw her a couple of years ago, fantastic show. But this version of Samantha is my favorite, and this video is probably my favorite of all the great videos we can find of her on youtube. Man she can flip that switch on! And go from a quiet playful performer (around the 4 minute mark) to full blast rocking blues in seconds! You can hear the great players who have influenced her in her style and delivery. And this version of a small 3 piece combo really lets her show her stuff. GoGo and Scott were so great when they locked into where she was leading. Man, they built that up with such skill and energy at the end! Sometimes I just have to blast this one, AGAIN! Thanks Samantha Fish! You are a force of nature! XO

I like her. She has style. I will be able to identify her just hearing her without knowing it's her. She writes, composes, and sings her own music, and she makes the blues fresh and original.

Just discovered Samantha about a week ago. She came on like a hurricane shredding the coastline. Damn, she’s good- like a force of Nature! Can’t get enough.

Wow, I am loving this talent, the more I hear her, the more I appreciate how great she is, initially I was focused on her guitar skills, then her vocals then the whole artist. Superb band too.

Oh yeah, I agree! Samantha IS phenomenal! I only discovered her a few months ago thanks to KZread’s algorithms throwing a new artist at me along with my other Blues faves. Clapton used to be my fave. Now it’s all about Samantha! I can’t believe I’d never heard of her, and only about 6 weeks after I found out she was playing in my home city of Brisbane, Australia (16/02/23). WTF?! What luck! She was unbelievable! I’ve been waiting all my life for a female guitar player like Sam. Man, she can shred! So versatile: electric, acoustic, adore her on the cigar box. Awesome singer/songwriter and gorgeous as well. She’s the whole package.

This woman and her band are pure quality, awesome!

Listening to this nasty number for the umpteenth time! Audio is superb and you hear Sammy at the height of her powers. Which are considerable. This was THE band....tho Chris Alexander is ok. But Go Go we miss you Buddy! Turn it up!

Yep. 'Tis true. This kind of stuff would have dominated classic rock radio back in the day. Too bad so many have shit for musical tastes these days. Little Kim? Seriously??? Samantha has more talent and raw musical power in her left little toe than a thousand clones of Little Kim could ever hope to have...or any of her ilk for that matter. Pop/rap has turned radio into a wasteland.

I say to everyone that hasn't seen her play live, you need to see it. She is by far the best artist we've seen in years. I gladly drove out to Telluride and Vegas to see her play. I was able to catch her last set in Seattle in 2017. Since then she has added a few band members, but her original drummer has. She still tours with her bassist Chris Alexander, but GoGo Ray left the band so he could play close to home, and produce. Watching her play her oil can guitar is my favorite part of her show. 4 strings, a bass guitar pickup, tone and volume control knobs, and raw talent plugged into a Category 5 amp. Excellent guitarist, songwriter, and vocalist. Nice tight band. What more do you need? Sex appeal? Never hurts, right? Samantha may not exactly have model looks, but still manages to be sexier than any model. Plenty of musical integrity, but what really makes this band is Samantha's lovely, vivacious personality. She puts everything into it while still having lots of fun. Great song and performance here by all the band. The more I see of Samantha, the more I like. Too bad the market in the music industry for this genre isn't what it used to be, she'd be much more widely known and appreciated.

@@barbarahouser2193 ~ Glad to hear it! She really deserves it. A bunch of great young talent coming along. Check out Haley Reinhart doing a benefit at Chess Records with her father on KZread. She does a number of genres vocally, has tremendous range and power. Also like Josh Turner Guitar--his talent is off the charts. Allison Young is another young vocalist-musician we like with a voice like an angel. Both Josh and Allison cover a lot of old songs, plus write and play their own originals. Both got lots of videos on KZread--a couple even with them together. Like Samantha, Haley, Josh, and Allison are throwbacks to another era.

I can't believe I just found this artist tonight. I have been a die hard Jimmy fan and guitar player for 26 years. This should have been on my radar but I am stoked to see this now.

This woman is one the greatest blues performers in the last 60 years she is fronting a tight 3 piece band but she is very talented in her own great guitar player, a great singer and songwriter, she's electrifying, provocative and powerful. Samantha is an all time great and she still a way to go!!

The bass player dude looks like a Mad Don Martin character. His playing is perfectly suited to this trio - he never dominates, just sets a great background for the young lady to work from. The drummer's excellent. Very enjoyable trio.

Beast. Absolute beast. Gives me chills. Fantastic.
