    I've had quite a few messages on Instagram since I posted this asking if I can help some of you to sell high ticket programs properly, sort out your deliverables and offers and sales processes and so on, to acquire customers and scale past $100K a month-i've made almost $25M doing this so I kind of know what i'm talking about-so if you are someone who needs help with this stuff and you want me to get on Zoom with you and coach you to make sure you get it all right, just book in a call here and i'd be happy to help: www.willia-mbrown.com/work-with-me?el=sam_ovens_showed-me_how

    My advice to everyone is this : if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to larysa Caba, my portolio is doing really great and im proud of the decisions i made last year.

    I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Larysa Caba. I now make huge profits by weekly through her services while still learning to stand on my own.

    I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Larysa Caba with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. she allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos, but this word should be included. she is really cool.

    Great video thanks. What about the current trend towards selling low MRR (low monthly recurring revenue - subscriptions) instead of High Ticket?

  • @willia_mbrown

    @willia_mbrown

    Күн бұрын

    There is a use case for low-ticket, but it should never be your 'main' offer. Put simply, for people who want to make significant levels of income selling information, you have to sell high ticket. Just think mathematically, it takes 213 x $47 sales to make $10K, or it takes just 2 x $5K sales to make $10K. It's easier to get two sales than two hundred and thirteen, by a long stretch. In fact Sam's own tagline inside his UpLevel program [where he teaches people to make $100K/month plus selling info] literally says: "Sell high-ticket, get clients, and run your biz by the numbers" with no mention at all of low-ticket: ibb.co/QkZv2Y3. The only use-case for low-ticket is as a nurture mechanism i.e. a book funnel where you then ascend people into your high-ticket thereafter. That's my belief based on making $25M over the last six years, all from selling high ticket, and all based on advice from Sam himself 💪

    Hey Will I’ve read your book and its mind blowing, but I was thinking about starting outreach to find clients to do coaching first for few hundred dollars and then when I get the money I can also sell the course and scale it with personal brand and ads with the money of the coaching,I want to know your opinion about if it’s a good strategy because finding prospects to coaching for not to much money I think it’s more easy than getting high ticket clients right just at the beginning,let me know your thoughts!!

    Happy to hear you've loved the book dude. Thank you! Sure, well it's just as hard to close someone at $1K as it is $3K or even $5K buddy. With that said, there's a lot to be said for starting small, then scaling things up. Heck, my first ever sale was a $50 word document. If you want to start by doing one to one coaching for a few hundred, do it. Learn from it, then productise later and raise the price and value. Best of luck dude 🤝

  • @willia_mbrown

    Hey bud. Appreciate the kind words! A high ticket program is usually an online training program [course] and either group or one to one coaching. A mastermind however is an in-person two to three day event, sometimes also including a members-only community. My mastermind is www.thedubaiboardroom.com and is strictly a three-day event here in Dubai every six months, no community, though there is a 'membership' option where you get my online training program and a call with me every other week. It's completely separate from my group-coaching program and my one to one coaching program. Hope it helps bud 💪

    Will, do you think it is appropriate to charge people at MVP stage? Why would people pay for mediocre mvp and then be bothered with giving feedback?

  • @willia_mbrown

    @willia_mbrown

    2 күн бұрын

    I think you've misunderstood an MPV dude. Your first version has to be a solid product that is enough to get initial customers a solid result. But not a full-blown phenomenal product, because a full-blown phenomenal product takes customer feedback, time, learning and iteration to create. If your product is mediocre, then you should not sell it. When you make an MVP, you put your heart into it and make it the best you can, but you don't yet know how the market will respond. Then, you learn and keep making it better. I've built my training program over two years now and it's still getting better. I've just built a new module literally yesterday because I learned something new last week that I know will benefit my clients. The learning and evolving never ends, this is my version five 👍

  • @efimovdk

    @efimovdk

    Күн бұрын

    @@willia_mbrown Thanks for clarifying, MVP is still a solid product, but upcoming generations will simply be better and more refined. So retrospectively it looks that first version is “minimum”, it is still decent though hence viable

  • @19kickboxer68
    @19kickboxer68Күн бұрын

    Ok William, how would you quantify this. What would you need to justify a high ticket offer? I don't mean an outline such as a course, weekly calls etc, I mean in terms of actual knowledge and content. I see the main issue as people not knowing what they need to have as a product / service which leads to then not understanding or believing in their worth or knowledge and that holds them back in their thinking regarding pricing. With so much free content about, especially on KZread, it becomes difficult to differentiate an offer in crowded marketplaces such as marketing / coaching etc unless you have already attained a high level of success such as yourself. Also, now that Sam has invested so much in Skool, do you see high ticket falling away as so many in space have commented that high ticket is dying. I appreciate that Sam runs Skool as a business, its his way of making money, but are communities now going to overtake high ticket? It's a different model with subscription and retention being key.

    As a fellow northern man, I'm trying to pinpoint your accent, you've mentioned Manchester but that's no way a manc accent, even though you've softened it, I'm going to guess Blackburn? Real question is what was your turning point in leaving your poor person mentality behind?

  • @willia_mbrown

    @willia_mbrown

    2 күн бұрын

    Close, close. Clitheroe! Well, for my full story i'd recommend watching my podcast with Frankie Lee or Titans Of Tomorrow or CEOcast as I go deep in those talks. But my mindset started to shift when I was earning £40K - £50K a month cash from my info business towards the end of year-two of operating it. That was when I started to realise, wow, I might actually finally become rich here. But my "lack" mentality and my "frugality" mentality didn't fade until I'd made a good few million, that's when I started to feel "financially set for life" and more "abundant" so-to-speak. It's a journey in my experience, and the feeling of being poor slowly fades as your net worth grows and you properly invest the capital for the long-term. That's been my experience 💪

    By a thousand miles, yes. Were you able to watch the whole video? At one stage I mention the comparison between low-ticket and high-ticket. You should watch that part. I make a comparison between a $47 price and a $5K price if I remember correctly. To make $10K a month, you either need 106 x $47 customers or just 2 x $5K customers. It's staggering how much faster and simpler making money is when you just sell high ticket-exactly as Sam advised me to do. Make sure you watch the full video so you don't miss any key nuggets dude, and I hope you'll subscribe for more 🏎️
